Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel in Istanbul war leider enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer war in einem unhygienischen Zustand, insbesondere der Geruch im Klo waren unerträglich. Das Fenster war defekt und konnte nur gekippt werden, was den Lärm von draußen nicht minderte. Es war auch sehr laut im Hotel, man konnte alles hören. Zusätzlich hatten wir Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Weder konnten wir die Toilette spülen noch duschen. Das Bett musste ausgetauscht werden, da es Haare enthielt. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das Bett ausgetauscht, aber insgesamt war der Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Essen war nichts Besonderes und die Preise waren überhöht. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Im hohen Maße eine riesengroße Enttäuschung. Von der Einrichtung bis zum Service ist es den 5-Sternen nicht würdig. Für fast 100 € die Nacht lasse ich mich nicht schlecht behandeln! Das ist kein Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau, sondern in hohem Maße eine Unzufriedenheit mit dem Hintergrund, dass ich in sehr vielen 5-Sterne Hotels war. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: dieses Hotel wird von mir nicht empfohlen !

Enttäuschung Wann wählt ein 5 Sterne Hotel, um den besten Service und eine dazugehörige qualitative Einrichtung zu erhalten. Aber was ich hier erleben durfte war eine hochkarätige Enttäuschung. Unfreundlichkeit, Einrichtung zum Teil defekt (Das Türschloss nicht abschließbar, somit meine privaten Gegenstände schutzlos im Zimmer, da man mir versichert hat es zu reparieren während ich außer Haus war. Doch als ich zurück ins Hotel kam war mein Zimmer für jeden zugänglich da es nicht repariert worden war somit die Elektronik der Tür nicht funktionierte). Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausschalten, weil es manuell so eingestellt war dass es dauerhaft lief. Somit war es eiskalt. Mitarbeiter haben sich nicht einmal für diese ganzen Umstände entschuldigt geschweige denn davon sass sie preislich entgegengekommen sind. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Meine Beobachtung ist so das die fünf Sterne Hotels in der Türkei ihre Arbeit nicht mehr ernst nehmen, und somit auch die Gäste nicht mehr ernst nehmen. Deswegen rate ich immer zu neu eröffneten Hotels weil in den Hotels die ersten 2-3 Jahre sich Mühe gegeben wird den Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Ich zahle nicht 100 € pro Nacht und lasse mich schlecht behandeln!!

Guter Service sieht anders aus!
Die Vorderseite war ganz ok, aber ich hatte nur den Blick auf die Rückseite des Hotels, wo leider nur eine Baustelle zu sehen war. Ich war geschäftlich gezwungen, einen Tag vorher anzureisen und trotz des Wissens dafür, hat man mir den Überschuss nicht erstattet. Weder das Hotel, noch die Agentur. Sehr schade und deshalb werde ich meinen nächsten Aufenthalt nicht mehr dort buchen

When we check your reservation details, you booked your room on Hotels.com as a non-refundable. Your reservation was for a non-smoking, superior city view room with 1 double bed for 3 nights (from 17th September to 20th September). But you checked out one day before your reservation on 19th September. Your reservation was on Hotels.com (Expedia.com) so our hotel is not responsible for giving your money back for your last day. Expedia.com (Hotels.com) was responsible for your reservation, but Expedia.com can not do anything for non-refundable reservations so you can not receive a refund. We wish you a great day. Die Zimmer sind kleiner Abgeschnitten als in den Bildern angezeigt! Außerdem ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Zum anderen scheiterte es auch bei den Corona Maßnahmen...Personal teilweise auch ohne Maske!
