Tolle Lage, eher ältere Anlage
Die Lage ist toll, direkt am kleinen Privatstrand, weitere 3 Hotelanlagen dürfen mitbenutzt werden! Die Zimmer sind eher klein für Familien, das Sofabett mussten wir selbst aufstellen. Der Wind pfiff die ganze Nacht durch den Türspalt, eher unangenehm. Hat auffrischungsbedarf.

Sehr schönes Resort
Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Am zweiten Tag unserer Anreise hatten wir ab 13:00 Uhr ein Starkregen mit heftigen Wind. In der Anlage war dies jedoch kein Problem, da ausreichend Möglichkeiten auch bei solch ein Wetter gibt. Der Service war absolut Spitze und wir möchten uns hierfür bedanken

We had never stayed at this resort before, but were very pleased with all the amenities, especially the pool and the on-site restaurants and bars. Our view from our room was gorgeous and the service was excellent. We will be staying there again!

We loved our stay at Pelican Cove. It far exceeded our expectations. The floor in our room was a little sandy and the room could definitely use some updating, including a new, quieter AC unit. However, the beds were comfortable and our view was beautiful! We loved how we could walk over to Postcard Inn and use their hotel as well. We loved being right on the water and using the kyaks and paddleboards. My son loved the ping pong and cornhole. We will definitely be back!

Oh my, oh my! I had been wanting to return to this property for a long time. I stayed for mother's day in 2015 with my family and loved everything about this facility. Unfortunately the experience was a bit disappointing as the place is a bit run down. The AC unit in the room was set to 75 so the unit would stop running once it reached 75 in the middle of a summer night! Temps are reaching 105 degrees daily and we were not able to set the temp lower and for a good night rest. Also the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. It took forever for one person to shower and forget about washing/rinsing out your hair, it felt like a 2 hour shower just getting my hair wet. The king sized bed was very comfy but the pillows? they were an absolute joke. There were 5 "baby" pillows on our bed, could not even see them in a King size mattress. We requested "regular/standard" sized pillows from room service but those never arrived. The rinsing stations throughout the pool area did not work and unfortunately the huge floating inflatable trampoline was also no longer there. I did enjoy the amenities offered (kayak, paddle board, pool seemed clean also) and it was very peaceful. We were looking to relax so this was definitely a plus. There are no restaurants on property but the sister hotel next door (walking distance) does have a Starbucks and a Tiki Bar (also very run down). Hopefully management is addressing some of these concerns, I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel is nice but it’s starting to need some TLC. We’ve stayed here in multiple occasions but it now feels like the staff is getting laid back on the maintenance. Two out of 3 Elevators were out of service (in case you can’t go up and down the stairs then this is not the place for you until it’s fixed).

Loved the property as the private beach and views are absolutely beautiful. I didn’t like the lack of amenities, the elevator was broken, the small restaurant by the pool opened late and had little to offer. They should have complimentary water and coffee in my opinion. The walk to postcard isn’t far but with little kids it’s also not that close. Views are amazing though so I would stay again.

The only working lights in our room were in the bathroom and a small nightstand lamp. The patio/balcony light didn't even have a switch; it had been covered with a flat wall plate. We reported that the lights did not work, and nothing was done to repair them. The pool towel caddy was empty three of our four days' stay.

This is an expensive sprawling complex with a no so central lobby for check in. Although the grounds and amenities are very good, it does not serve as good value. The room had a terrific view but was small and dark. Staff were excellent.

The property was okay. It appeared to be in good condition and had a resort feel. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and had good air conditioning but noisy. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The one meal we had at a bar was low quality even for bar food. There was little interaction with the staff and all seemed attentive. At checkout, I asked the young man what were the ‘fee’ charges were. A woman at the desk interrupted by telling me I was made aware of ‘resort fees’ at the time of purchase. It was not an objection but a simple question. Training people in the kitchen or the ones who have customer contact are equally important and are the ones who determine the success of a business.

We arrived to our room to find dirty floors, bathroom and patio. There were NO sheets on the bed. Only the fitted sheet and a comforter that was it. And I was told that they change the comforter after every guest leaves. Hard to believe. Easier to change a sheet than a comforter. IMO. We were told they do not use flat sheets anymore. only the fitted sheet and comforter. Very upset with our stay.
