Some attention to details would be expected for this hotel category. probably also linked to overall post pandemic situation with difficulty to hire hospitality educated staff. For instance staff wearing extremely strong perfume, no vegan margarine nor yogurts, gluten free bread needs to be asked from staff as not available at breakfast buffet (several buns available but comes randomly), no gluten free cake or pastry on buffet or dessert menu (could expect at least one nowadays, that van be served to all customers anyway).
