Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service
Eine wirklich wunderschöne Location, tolles Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Einziges Manko war der Service im Restaurant und an der Bar. Hier wird man als Alleinreisender überhaupt gar nicht beachtet. Ich musste eine knappe 3/4 Std warten auf meine Essenbestellung (trotz beinahe leeren Restaurants). Ebenso später an der Bar. Hier wurde beinahe ruppig mit einem gesprochen. Hier also definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten alles wirklich TOP!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet resort
Beautiful hotel in a very quiet resort at this time of year. Very little to do without a car or transport. Breakfast items were varied but mostly hot dishes were luke warm. Some of the cereals were stale. Coffee from the machine left a lot to be desired. Staff were mostly lovely but some gave us the feeling they were at the end of their season and couldn’t be bothered. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel in a pretty resort but it wasn’t for us. We only stayed 2 nights, which was enough for us, before moving to another hotel across the Island

The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. All the staff were fantastic and the entertainment each night was wonderful. A couple of areas for improvement though. The breakfasts were great albeit the boiled eggs were old and had grey marks around the edges and the sun lounger cushions needed to be taken in over-night as some looked dirty / grubby and they got soaked in the Storm. In addition most days we had to ask for more coffee pods and milk and bottle water. I think to be a 5 x star hotel these should be provided daily, without having to request them. There were also lots of mosquitos and we got badly biten but that maybe just because of the rains. Lastly when we came to check out and go to the airport our rent-a car was parked in in the Siau Ibiza parking lot. Everyone at Reception was super helpful and luckily a guest at the hotel came and moved his car so that we could maneuver the car out but there was no way to know or contact the parson who had parked me in. It may have even been someone just going to the beach. It lead to a very stressful time as we through maybe we would have to get someone to come tow the car away. Maybe there should be some identification process for the cars in the parking lot or a barrier to entry to ensure no non-guests park in the parking lot or, all car keys should be left at Reception in case cars need to be moved.

Infrastructures qui ne correspondent pas à un hôtel 5*. Salle de sport minuscule, équipement correct mais manque d’espace. Ménage insuffisant dans la chambre. Service de ménage très tardif, au delà de 16h… Serviettes insuffisantes, pas de service du soir. Chambre avec piscine partagée mais non chauffée donc impraticable. Prix du restaurant très élevé et injustifié. Les : hôtel calme, proche de la plage avec transats inclus. Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Personnel professionnel et aimable mais ne parlant pas français.

Personeel is oprecht vriendelijk en zeer toegankelijk. Rustige omgeving met oog voor detail. Ben je van plan het eiland wat te verkennen? Huur een auto en vraag aan Robby waar je de mooiste plekken van dit eiland kan vinden. De tips die je krijgt zijn goud waard.

I stayed for a solo long weekend trip in a 'my favourite room' on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is super modern and clean with a great pool area. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you need. The food was good and pretty much everything is included in the all inclusive plan.

Ao contrário da Pacha, Hard Rock que estou indo nessa viagem…no Siau vc só entra no quarto depois das 14:30, eles não são flexíveis, almoçamos lá e não tiveram nem a gentileza de ir levar a chave do quarto na mesa, tivemos ainda, mesmo depois das 14:30 que ir na recepção e depois de muita demora fazer o checkin, não considero esse hotel 5 estrelas, as pessoas no café da manhã estavam sem máscara, tivemos que reclamar 3 vezes, na piscina pedi uma taça de Cava que veio pela metade, ao questionar o bartender, ele disse que eu já havia bebido…como se eu precisasse desse tipo de truque..lamentável.

Cara Simone, antes de mais obrigado pelo seu review. Relativamente as suas palavras gostava de darl-he o nosso parecer. O nosso check-in é as 15:00h e tentamos que seja sempre o mais cedo possivel, mas tendo em conta a altao ocupaçao foi completamente impossivel. Gostavamos de partilhar que o uso da máscara no nosso hotel é completamente obrigatorio e fazemos questao de oferecer máscaras aos hóspedes que chegam a porta sem. Lamentamos que o serviço da piscina nao tenha sido do seu gosto, mas teremos muito em conta as suas palavras. Esperamos poder recebe-lo novamente para poder mostrar-lhes as nossas constantes melhorias. Com os nossos melhores cumprimentos, Xisco & equipa.
