„We had a wonderful 30 day stay at The Sailors Rest. Well equipped home away from home. Paloma the dog loved the walk through the forest to the close by off leash park where she made lots of friends. The hot tub was well maintained and was a lovely end to the days after exploring Duncan and the Cowichan area.“

„This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant. We watched animals, birds, boats, and the occasional sea plane. Thanks for making this spot available!“

„Croften is a small town on Vancouver Island, so don´t expect too much. Everything essential, like little grocery, beer store, pub, etc. is available though. But there is something, you won´t find as perfect as in Crofton: A host like Dan. He "created" an appartement that doesn´t lack anything. „This comfortable spacious property is not to be outdone. For a group of 7 plus our dog not once did we have to share the same place. From high ceilings to wide corridors and multiple entries we felt exactly like we were home. The easy drives to nearby communities beyond the village made for a wonderful trip. There was even a walking trail right next to the house.“

„The house was fantastic, tons of outdoor living space. Sadly, the weather was not great but the many outdoor hang out areas were very nice. There is a pathway to the beach, we walked on it several times. The kitchen, the living room, all the bedrooms, and the basement hang out room were clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.
