„Our room was clean, beds fresh linen and NO BUGS, bathroom fresh towels. Hosts very friendly. Breakfast was good, toast, bagels, cereals, coffee, muffins, jams, waffles, cream cheese and fruit. „This is one classy place to stay. The rental is located in a lovely area close to town. The suite is perfect in every way. It is immaculate, It has everything you could need and more! „We had a wonderful 30 day stay at The Sailors Rest. Well equipped home away from home. Paloma the dog loved the walk through the forest to the close by off leash park where she made lots of friends. The hot tub was well maintained and was a lovely end to the days after exploring Duncan and the Cowichan area.“

„This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant. We watched animals, birds, boats, and the occasional sea plane. Thanks for making this spot available!“
