Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück wurde in der Lobby angerichtet. Leider war es jeden Morgen ein Kampf Sitzplätze zu bekommen. Das Personal war super nett und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Parkservice war uns im Parkhaus große Hilfe und immer sehr freundlich.

Tolles modernes Hotel
Wir waren für eine Woche im Vive Hotel. Service super nett, hatte alles was wir brauchten. Valer Parking teuer (40.- pro Tag) aber lohnt sicht auf jeden Fall. Modernes Hotel mit gratis mietbaren Strandutensilien, toll. Etwas Schimmel im Zimmer. Aussicht top! Lage mitten in Waikiki, eher laute Gegend

We loved our stay at the Vive Hotel! They even put a surprise for our honeymoon in the room and everyone was really friendly. The breakfast included a lot of fresh cut fruits which was delicious. Also, it’s super close to the beach :-)!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay there. The breakfast is delicious and you have a wide variety of fruits to choose from. Also the 24h water/coffee supply is real gold :)

Bien situé avec quelques points négatifs
L'hôtel se trouve à 5min à pied de Waikiki beach. Le bus 20 ( ligne aéroport et presque tous les sites touristiques d'Honolulu) se trouve à 50m. Vous avez à votre disposition tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage. Il y a deux petits points négatifs : - le déjeuner n'est pas varié. Les seules choses qui changent sont les œufs (durs ou battus) et l'accompagnement (lard, saucisse ou jambon), à part ça le reste (fruits, pain, céréales (peu de choix), confiture etc..) ne change pas. Donc après 1 semaine ça devient rébarbatif. - l'isolation sonore est médiocre. Nous nous trouvions au 16 ème étage et on avait l'impression de se trouver au rdc ! en plus les climatisations on une partie à l'extérieur sur laquelle la condensation de la climatisation audessus goûte, se qui entraîne des nuisances sonores.

Deutlich zu teuer für gebotenen Komfort
Das Zimmer war für das, was es geboten hat, viel zu teuer. Es wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr für nichts verlangt (25 Dollar/ Nacht), das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, trotz sehr hoher Kosten, ein Parkplatz hätte 30 Dollar/ Nacht extra gekostet. In Summe leider ganz und gar nicht zufriedenstellend.

The fee you are expressing is the fee from the third party booking rate that gets added on when booking. We apologize that you found it to be an inconvenience. This fee does, however, cover the amenities offered such as continental breakfast for all in the room, beach equipment, concierge services, wifi, printing services, shared library, and more. The parking you are mentioning is for our valet service within and out privileges. Parking fee is also, one of the lowest in the city, and we do this to accommodate our guest better. This hotel was in the center of everything. Really no need for a car. The breakfast most of all is what got me hooked. Full hot breakfast bacon eggs waffles. If you didn’t like something. You just didn’t like it. This place was excellent. Would recommend. And would definitely stay again Hospitality at the desk was exceptional. And the valet parking. The attendance were amazing.

At check-In *Cory was an awesome host and every encounter with him was awesome. ***There is NO Laundry facility ***There is NO Restaurant Room Service Was Poor!!!! Room Service Helped Themself to money I left and didn’t even change bedding. The next day NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! “NONE” Poor Plumbing “Construction In Progress” and no notification of this before booking - I would have paid more to stay elsewhere if I were informed. I had to even ask for a new plastic liner for the Ice Bucket, but was told I would have to “Return To My Room For The Bag, and Then Return To Lobby To Fill With Ice” Cory went above and beyond, and is recognized and acknowledged for his amazing service. My suggestion- Have Cory Lead Team Customer Service Training Everyone there but Cory and 2 other women who worked the desk, need more service training!!! If we ever visit VIVE again, it would be praise Cory and the 2 ladies and treat them out to things for their wonderful hosting and SKILL SET - The fact that Expedia was given the information that there was laundry and restaurant on-site, I am very reluctant to use Expedia for booking future travels. Expedia needs to confirm the information is correct… EXPEDIA - Please remove laundry and restaurant amenities, as they ARE NOT THERE…

Second time staying here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and several options for food and shopping. Only issue ran into was a water leak around the AC unit which they addressed quickly. Overall a great experience.

I like how the hotel is walkable to the beach and the area has a lot of places to eat. I also like that they offer complimentary breakfast and beach accessories :) The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a pool. Make sure you read properly before you book if you want a pool as that was my mistake. But overall, not too bad of a hotel :) All staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location near the beach, shopping and dining. We had to change rooms due to a leak but ither than that it was very nice. Free breakfast and beach items. They said they would give a partial credit for having to relocate.
