Wir hatten Glück und bekamen zu einem geringen Aufpreis einen frühen Check-in und ein Zimmer mit teilweisen Meerblick im 17.Stock. Zimmer roch anfangs muffig, wir haben aber die Klima ausgeschaltet und und die Balkontür offen gelassen solange wir am Zimmer waren. Somit war alles gut. Ja, das Parken war teuer, das Service aber sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden, die Lage ist gut, es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Wasserstationen sind ein großes Plus. Achtung: es wurden nachträglich viele Taxes und Fies berechnet.

Das Twin Finn Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter .

Verbesserungswürdig: Komfort des Zimmers
Wir hatten mit Meerblick gebucht aber leider standen die Betten zu den Hochhäusern. Die Balkons waren so eng das der Nachbar rüber schaute. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr nett trotzdem würden wir in dieses Hotel nicht mehr gehen.

Dirty carpets, torn curtains, mold in the bathroom, calcified shower and fittings, noise from the restaurant and the street, constant noise from slamming doors until late at night, soundproofing virtually non-existent, worn-out furnishings. Never again! The only plus point is the very friendly and hard-working housekeeping ladies

7 Tage in Honolulu.
Das Twin Fin liegt direkt am Strand und dem Zoo von Honolulu. Direkt nebenan sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Der Empfang ist freundlich und ging schnell. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 23. Stock, welches zweckmäßig eingerichtet war. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung und wir wurden gefragt ob wir eine tägliche Reinigung möchten oder nur aller zwei Tage. Der Pool ist für die Größe des Hotels klein und ziemlich trüb. Aber umso schöner ist der Strand, welcher links vom Hotel ist. Das Frühstück in der 21. Etage bot einen wunderschönen Meerblick und war völlig ausreichend. Neben einem Hauptgericht gab es noch süßes Gebäck. Alles in allem war es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Twin Fin Hotel mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Waikiki Beach . Personal sehr freundlich, sehr interessantes System der Fahrstühle, fanden es prima und besser als das normale System. Ausflüge kann man online günstiger buchen, wenn man eine professionelle Beratung im Hotel wünscht, dann ist es etwas teurer. Empfehlenswert ist die Nutzung von TheBus , man kommt überall hin, mit der Holocard bezahlt man am Tag Max. 7,50 Dollar. Das Tiki Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt aber viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Strand am Hotel ist nicht so schön, lieber 7 min zum Wakikibeach laufen und die Wellen genießen. In der Resortgebühr ist auch die Nutzung von Strandzubehör enthalten, d.h. Wir konnten uns Strandstühle, Schirm und auch Boards kostenlos ausleihen, mussten aber immer bis 17 Uhr zurückgegeben werden. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Einmal und nie wieder!
Einfach nur eine grosse Katastrophe und Enttäuschung! Die Zimmer entsprechen NICHT den Bildern auf der Buchungsplattform was die Aussicht und die Balkone betrifft. Die Angabe über den Frühstückspreis ist auch gelogen. Auf der Buchungsplattform mit US$ 15.00 pro Person angegeben, effektiv wurden uns pro Person US$ 30.00 belastet, d.h. rund 100% mehr . . . . Die Zimmerreinigung ist ein Fremdwort für das Management. Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt KEINEN Zimmerservice erhalten! Beim Reklamieren, dass die Bilder auf Hotels.com falsch sind wollte uns die Receptionisten weismachen, dass dies der Fehler von Hotels.com sein soll. Das stimmt leider nicht, da jedes Hotel selbst verantwortlich ist für die richtige Darstellung auf der Buchungplattform und diese selber online vorgenommen werden müssen! Lustigerweise wurde nach meiner Reklamation eines von den 3 falschen Bildern (das mit der schönsten aber falschen Aussicht) von der Plattform entfernt. Für mich ist dieses Management total überfordert. Von der Receptionistin wird man angelogen. Zum Schluss noch angemerkt ist zu sagen, dass dieses Hotel einfach eine grosse Abzocke ist . . . . Ich buche seit Jahren über Hotels.com, aber nie musste ich einen solchen schlechten Kommentar über ein Hotel schreiben.

Parking is not the best. It had valet parking for $52 a day. Some of the valet drives were rude, and would switch up the rules all the time. Not what I expected for valet parking.

We had a partial ocean view room on the 21st floor facing Diamond Head with a great view of Waikiki. The Park Shore Waikiki blocked our view of Diamond Head. The staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT!! We checked out and hiked Diamond Head (reservation required) and left our luggage stored at the hotel. That worked out great since we were boarding our cruise ship much later in the day.

The view from our room was amazing. Everything was walking distance from our hotel (restaurants, shopping, the beach). Hotel staff was always quick and very friendly. Oh and the a/c blew nice and cold.

I didn’t like that my girlfriend slipped in the bathtub on the very first day of our trip. All they did was have her fill out an incident report with no compassion toward the situation. Also we killed 3 bugs in the room over the course of 2 days. Very disgusting. Done with the Twin Fin

They charge $60 resort for and there’s no daily housekeeping, pool closes at 8pm and we had to kill 2 bugs in our room

Yes it is older. Yes it could be cleaner. No it is not a resort setting. But if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The oceanfront view is amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The staff is very helpful. Lots to do around the hotel.

Great location, great partial ocean view, terrible room. The room was so damp that our wet clothing would not dry. The bathroom was dirty with black mold around the tub. The curtains had black mold on the bottoms as well. If you don’t get your beach gear from the rental place first thing in the morning, you will be out of luck by 10am
