We didn’t have a nice view on the 10th floor and for a family with three older kids the 1 bedroom 1 lounge room was a bit small. There was no stove in the kitchenette which would have been good to cook a meal for the kids. Pool was a bit small for such a big hotel but had a great view.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Imperial Hawaii Resort. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist sauber und die Lage in Waikiki ist super. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, genauso wie zu den unzähligen Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Uns gefällt vor allem das Konzept zwischen Hotel und Apartment- Unterkunft. So hat man immer seine Privatsphäre und gleichzeitig super Service.

The voice outside was a little noisy on the weekend. If you are interested, I think you should request a high floor. I didn't mind the voice of the next room or the hallway at all. The room was clean and I didn't see any insects. There was a person at the front desk who could speak Japanese to some extent, so I was able to check in and check out smoothly. The location is very good. The location is good, so there are a lot of people, so I think you need to be a little careful when renting a car. It was a reasonable and reasonably satisfactory condominium. Thank you for taking care of me

We were 4 people staying in the palm suite, it was very tight with all the luggage and 2 beds in the lounge. I like the location walkable to the beach ,restaurant an ABC store downstairs was very useful. hotel service was good.

スタッフの対応、会計もわかりやすく、とにかく立地が抜群です。部屋によっては眺望が全く望めないかと思いますがハワイに何度も行く方で眺望を望まない方にはおすすめのコンドミニアムです。スタジオタイプのお部屋の場合は調理器具が物足りないので自炊をされる方にはフルキッチンタイプの部屋をおすすめします

Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Perfect location if you want to enjoy the best of Waikiki. Room has everything you need, and staff are all super friendly. The Denny’s and convenience store next door come in handy.

はじめての利用でしたが、ワイキキの中心にあり立地は完璧です。ワイキキ最大級のABCストア38号店が１階にあるため、日用品からお土産、食事と必要な物は全て揃います。 スタッフは皆んな要望には答えてくれますが、対応にはバラツキがあります。 駐車場はバレーしかなくセルフがあると嬉しいです。 また、ロビーにはトイレがなく2階まで行かないといけないなど微妙に不便なところがありますが、ランドリーやジム、プールやジャグジーなど値段の割に設備は整っており、大変満足です。

The building was old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Banyan suite was not as convenient with just a mini kitchen. I was expecting a stove element instead of just a fridge and sink. I would stay here again but I'd pay a bit more for the slightly larger suite with a full kitchen.

一泊のみでしたから、仕方ありませんが、コヒーの粉がなかったので使えなくて残念でした。バス、トイレが狭かった。部屋がきれいで使いやすかったです。プールが屋上にあり楽しめました。フロントの方もとても親切です。また、泊まりたいと思います。

バニヤンスイートに3人で5泊しました。部屋の清掃はしっかりされておりました。バスタブの老朽化と部屋のレイアウトがあまり良くなく動き辛かったです。 チェックイン時のスタッフは日本語を使いながら親切に説明してくださり、しかもアーリーチェックインでしたので大満足でした。
