Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer Sanierungsbedürftig (Armaturen und Duschstange rostig, Armaturen nicht fest verankert) Bett gut. Lobby sehr schön, da anscheinend renoviert. Straße neben dem Hotel sehr laut, es halten immer Busse an der Haltestelle die unglaublich laut sind.

Das positive zuerst: Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Strand. Allerdings ist auch viel los. Sehr laut. Das Haus-Personal ist nett. Dazu aber später mehr Negativ: Hohe Parkkosten: 48$ plus Tax die Nacht. Alternative ist extrem schwierig. Es gibt quasi keinen Roomservice. Dieser kommt nur alle 2 Tage und saugt. Wenn was auf dem Bett liegt wird dieses nicht gemacht. Ebenso im Badezimmer und im ganzen Raum. In dieser Form noch nie erlebt. Trotz Hinweise an der Rezeption wurde diese Situation nicht verbessert. Nach einem weiteren Gespräch mit der Rezeption wurde gesagt dass das Zimmer wie eine Messibude aussehen würde. Keinerlei Kooperation von der Rezeption. Man merkt dass das Hotel nur 3 Sterne hat. Mitarbeiter sind nicht auf Deeskalation geschult und verhalten sich extrem unprofessionell. Sie hinterlassen einen bleibenden Eindruck. Einen schlechten!

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Ausblick macht dafür alles perfekt. Wir hatten den Blick “Diamond Head ocean view” und der war phenomenal. Auf der einen Seite hatte man den Blick auf den Berg, auf der anderen Seite sieht man das Meer. Wir hatten auch ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, haben keine Nachbargeräusche usw. gehört. Nebenan ist das Lulus Waikiki, dort kann man super lecker Frühstücken oder abends essen. Der Strand ist genau gegenüber, einmal über die Straße und Zack biste da, dort kann man prima Body boarden. Parken kann man in unmittelbarer Umgebung kostenfrei abends bis morgens. Wir würden in Honolulu wieder das Hotel wählen!

This place needs some serious renovation. The hallways rooms bathrooms are old and dirty. Rusting shower rods, ripped curtains faded dirty paint. Upon arrival we checked out the standard room which is small and dated. Too late to check out other hotels so decided to upgrade to a larger room. It was a tad “better” but not by much. Just had to suck it up and stay for three nights. Staff is very good and friendly, especially Gwen, and the lobby area is very nice, but that’s about as good as it gets.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Shore Waikiki. Our room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was wonderful. Very warm and polite staff from reception to valet. Retrieval of our vehicle was always very quick. This hotel is located conveniently in a very walkable distance from a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The beach and ocean access is literally across the street.

This place is right across the beach and has easy access to all the stores! The hotel itself is on the old side but it’s in a convenient location. The staff is very accommodating and attentive! We loved how they provided us with beach towels and free sunscreen. Great place to stay!

Hotel is reasonable and clean. location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A few negatives are noise from the road is quite loud sometimes and the room floor did not get cleaned while we where there. Also hotel charges a daily resort fee. Not sure how this is justified ? Overall a good experience and would recommend.

I like the setup of room , love the location walking distance to Royal Hawaiian , International Market & beach is just across street . The beach area is nice and not crowded .Staff are all friendly , efficient and helpful . Great location by the beach and Honolulu Zoo. We could easily walk or Uber to any different location. If I go back to Honolulu, I will definitely consider staying here again. Front desk staff were friendly and they even had reef-safe sunscreen and after-sun lotion in large pump dispensers in the lobby. Valet parking was fast and efficient. All in all it was a good deal and a wonderful place to stay!

My stay at the Park Shore Waikiki was everything I could hope for. It came well recommended by good friends who had stayed there several times in the past. Had a fantastic stay at Park Shore. It was our first time visiting Hawai’i, and staff were very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The view was gorgeous, and the close proximity to the ocean was unmatched! Loved sitting on the lanai throughout the day and enjoying the spectacular views of Diamond head and the ocean. Valet parking was very convenient. We appreciated the Sun Bum sunscreen in the lobby, as well as the fresh espresso every morning, among many other things. We enjoyed the beach towels and being able to use bodyboards and other beach equipment when we needed it. Honestly was such a wonderful stay, location was perfect for us and we were so thankful we chose to stay at park shore! If we come to Waikiki again, we won’t be staying anywhere else.

The fridge broke down on us. The AC broke as well. One manager wasn’t very accommodating when we expressed our complaints but Kana’i (Manager) was extremely great! every interaction with him was so nice! He’s so genuine and welcoming. Even when the soap dispenser in the laundry room took our quarters, he offered us 2 soaps, which says a lot and that he goes above and beyond for guests. And the valet fellas were also so awesome and helpful!

Hotel location was great since it was across the street from the ocean. And the zoo and park were on the side street. Easy to walk to parks, restaurants and shopping with most about 15 min walk. The ABC convenience stores were everywhere so easy to get water, quick foods like sandwiches, cut up fruit and beach necessities etc. Loved the trolley which has a stop on the same block and can take you around the area easily and inexpensively $5.50 for whole day pass. I chose the room because it was ocean front but was given a room that could see right inside rooms that faced the side street so not very private. Location not as peaceful as expected due to loud traffic constant throughout the day. Hotel was nice but pretty dated in the room and looked a bit worn. Stains on chair seat left me wondering what else wasn't cleaned. Internet was not easy to connect. Was told they would reboot the router on the floor. Could connect most times. Staff straightened room every other day but forgot toilet paper one time and towels another time. Pool was small and not located near a bar if you like to relax and have a drink by the pool. Rooms around the pool were called the lanai rooms and shared the pool area and lounges with other guests. Felt like I was intruding on their private space. But the beach was right across the road so convenient to access. Staff was pleasant and pretty responsive when asked.

Hotel room with ocean view was incredible. Friendly and accommodating staff. In perfect walking distance to beach and shopping. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only downside is you are close to the street, beach and other rooms so I wouldn’t say it’s quiet. During my stay there were protesters right outside the hotel yelling into a megaphone for 2 hours. I was able to hear it even after closing the door and going inside. I will still give the hotel 5 stars because it’s worth it. Would love to come back.
