Outstanding Service and extremely friendly staff. Lactose free milk and gluten free bread available upon request and whole service staff super attentive and well aware of dietary restrictions. Early check in without extra charge. We will definitely come back!

Das perfekte Hotel
Es kommt selten vor, dass man so positiv überrascht wird, auch in einem 5 Sterne-Hotel: alles ist genau so, wie es sein soll, vom kleinsten Detail (etwa das Lichtmanagement im Zimmer) bis zum Service und zur Freundlichkeit des Personals. Alles passt ohne jeden Abstrich - und wann kann man das schon mal sagen. Pool ist angenehm, Bars sind prima, das Essen auf hohem Niveau, Concierge spricht wunderbares british english. Klimaanlage lässt sich gut dosieren, Armaturen im Bad erklären sich auf Anhieb und von selbst, Verdunklung funktioniert, Lärmschutz sehr gut. So viel Lob klingt seltsam - muss aber ehrlicherweise sein, wenn man sonst gerne auch kritisch ist.

Top Adresse in Hongkong Das Grand Hyatt Hongkong hat uns sehr überzeugt. Der Service an der Réception war fabelhaft. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir nach einer guten Rooftopbar fragten, organisierten sie uns einen Tisch direkt am Fenster in einer tollen Lokalität in Kowloon. Das Personal ist sehr gut ausgebildet und gab uns hervorragende Tipps. Das Zimmer mit Sicht nach Kowloon, den Hafen, war wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig ausgestattet. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in Hongkong sehr. Wir können das Grand Hyatt Hongkong nur empfehlen.

Einchecken zügig und problemlos, Club-Zimmer in der 23.Etage mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den Hafen von Hong Kong. Die Club-Etage ist wirklich zu empfehlen, da sowohl die auf der 30. Etage gelegene Club-Lounge als auch die Minibar im Preis inkludiert waren. Frühstück konnte entweder in der Lounge als auch im Grand-Café eingenommen werden.

Very nice hotel and would stay there again. Food is definitely overpriced but overall I believe it has good value and services. They actually had my room available and let me in that morning when I arrived. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Overall great experience at this hotel

Tolles Hotel in super Lage, Fähre nach Kowloon fußläufig in 10 Min. zu erreichen, Zimmer großzügig und wunderschön mit sehr bequemen Betten, wir hatten Clubzugang was ich nur empfehlen kann.Sehr exklusives kleines Büffet mit Traum Aussicht- Scotty ,der mit Herzblut seine Gäste bestens versorgt und man sich immer willkommen fühlt.Wir würden jederzeit wieder nur dieses Hotel für Honkong buchen!
