Rosemarie, it is unfortunate that you left a 1 star rating, as you did not stay with us. You called to cancel your reservation on the day of your arrival, and while we were unable to do so due to the cancellation policy you booked with, we advised that we could certainly accommodate a date change. Our agent advised you to contact the third party so that they could start the process for the date change. The reservation was not changed or updated in our system by the third party, so it was no-showed and charged. We hope you have a great day, and wish you all the best in the future.
