„It’s a run down bach! The pictures look great but unfortunately the accommodation is not! Not only the garden needs to take care of. The bathroom especially the shower is moldy. The top of the fridge was super sticky. It might be a good backpacking accommodation but not the one we expected looking at the pics. We decided not to stay there and left the place. „Lovely place to stay, amazing views of the hokianga harbour, fantastic sunsets, great area, friendly locals, the place had everything we needed, we were all comfortable, unable to connect to wifi or get freeview going, but the property manager refunded us some money towards personal data. Only downfall for us, was that even though the property is pet friendly, its not fenced so we couldnt allow our fur baby to freely be outside and just relax, with the main road just below a worry, however great ...

Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail.“

„A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass.“

„absolutely stunning property - every one love the facilities - I felt like checking in was more difficult and complex that it needed to be - charged extra for kids to sleep on top bunks - had to send back and additional signed form over and above the usual booking process that I have done many times through book a batch. „Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here. The house was warm, beautiful view, lovely water pressure, situated in a perfect location for us to get to the wananga we had attended. The scent of the house was so authentic and just perfect for our little holiday. We will be back to stay hopefully soon! Personally the only downfall would be the driveway, but i got the hang of it with a bit of emffff in it lol. Super grateful! Ngā mihi Nui xxx“

„Beautifully located in Rawene overlooking the harbour. Loved our stay. The downstairs self contained unit was well set out, very clean with everything we needed.
