„This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.“

„My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine.“

„We loved that parking was easy and the neighborhood was very walkable. It may be too far away for some folks, but we were able to walk to the Botanic Garden and have a nice outing. Everything about the stay was easy and we appreciated that the hosts had things set up to meet our needs when we arrived.“

„Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed.“

„Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.“

„The property was adequate. It is a casita so,it is small. It has all the necessaries for a short stay and the location is fine. It was built in the 1930's. So, expect unlevel floors and small bathrooms. The manager was excellent in her communications with us.“

„Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.“

„This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you ...

„Forty family members gathered in the St. Louis area for my mom's 93rd birthday. Many of us were minutes away from each other along Main Street in St. Charles. It was a perfect location for us since we are all walkers and foodies. The Red Barn Guesthouse was a perfect fit for the 6 of us!“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
