All the rooms are not like the one that we stayed in. Some are better than others. The Staff really need a little more personality and willingness to help out even if you purchased from Expedia.

We'd Stay Again
Very nice and also was very reasonably priced. Some rooms were being renovated but it didn't affect. The free breakfast was very nice! Service was excellent.

Okay for a short time
The room was smallish and the bathroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable enough. It served our purposes but wasn’t the best place we’ve ever been.

Large, clean room, good breakfast. A bit noisy as you could hear any noise from people in hallway and doors slamming. Otherwise, no issues and check in at 3pm and out at 11am was nice.

Great stay
The hotel was great, the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They put breakfast out in the morning. Standard types of things. At least they do breakfast as a lot of places don't. Our room had 2 queen beds and they were very good. I really liked the fact that they had 4 different types of pillows, Hard to soft. I usually only sleep an hour or two at a time and I was out for about 7 hours.!!! The only negative thing I found was that they didn't put out a small tube of toothpaste. I usually find those in other hotels. Oh well, my tube spent there was great and I recommend it 100%!!!!!!!!

I loved my stay here it was amazing!!! My only complaint was when I got there it was very hot inside my room and the building and also my room had a weird dirty smell to it until I turned the air on.

The hotel is dated and our room had blinds that were crooked when opened, because they were broken. the ceiling had a crack that was never fixed. the wallpaper in the hallways is old and is starting to peel. we would not stay at this hotel again.

Property is overpriced and absolutely no value for money. Also, somebody in the staff was dishonest. I forgot my stuff in the room while checking out. I called up front desk later in the day. After a couple of calls, they told me they couldn’t find it in the room. Clearly, somebody in the staff decided to keep it. DISHONEST!! I called up Hilton guest services, they opened a case and informed me they will provide the status in three days. NOBODY BOTHERED to inform me even after two weeks. After calling them once again, they say they couldn’t find anything. It’s really ABSURD! I think I AM NOT GOING TO STAY IN ANY OF HILTON PROPERTIES ANY MORE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS

I apologize that you feel this way regarding my staff. They are not dishonest and have brought many items of great value to management. I have followed up and so has guest assistance regarding the lost air pods. They executive housekeeper and General Manager moved the bed and other furniture looking for the airpods. When Hilton Guest Assistance tried to explain this to you, they were hung up on, according to the case notes. I apologize that you feel as though we didn't look for your item or that your items was not returned. My staff works hard and they are honest.
