Reunion
Family winter reunions can be tricky to pull off due to limited activities for the whole family. This property was the answer for us and we weren’t disappointed-it was great! It provided the game room with a variety of activities for all ages, plenty of TV’s for movies, and a hot tub. The house has plenty of room for 20 people. We were all comfortable with plenty of room without constantly feeling like we were in a crowd. . Plenty of day activities nearby—skiing, hot springs swimming and snorkeling, and for those who want it, quaint restaurants and shops in Midway.

Fun house for a group
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the many different options for places to hang out. The man cave was particularly fun. We woke up to the heat not working but the property manager responded very quickly and had someone out to fix it within a few hours.

Christmas party
We had a group of 14 and had beds for all. The only complaint would be the fact the top bunks weren’t made and we had to do it ourselves or we would be charged a fee. I think it’s more of a summer/warm weather place to stay. We weren’t able to use any of the outdoor amenities. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond.

Spacious, Nice, but dated interior and game room
The place was spacious and well equipped for large groups. The stove was not working, but they tried to resolved and offered access to owners oven next door for cooking Thanksgiving. This was a disappointment, but they made a reasonable effort to help out and have offered a credit for the inconvenience. The yard, outdoor pool and hot-tub area look wonderful if the weather were warmer. The indoor Billiards, ping-pong and foosball were entertaining but could use some maintenance. At the end of the day, it served our purpose for a fun family gathering spot for the Holidays.

Weekend Getaway
We spent a few days with extended family (13 total people) in this lovely home. The pool, hot tub, and pickleball court were absolute hits with the teenagers and the younger kids loved the playground and pool. We spent nearly all our time outside in the heated pool (heating was a must in mid-October) or watching movies on the huge couch in the Man Cave. The entire process was easy and the home had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place!
My family had a fantastic stay! The pool was amazing, we had so much fun in the man cave, and the pickleball court was used constantly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the property was very clean. I reached out to Elora a couple of times, and she was very helpful. I would not only recommend this place to others, but I would go back in a heartbeat!

So Many Things to Do
Our stay was perfect, just what we were looking for. We hosted a getaway for some employees and their significant others all in their 20s, and this place was awesome. Never a dull moment, always something to do whether that be swimming, hot tub, pool table, walking to the lake, pickleball, movies, etc. We had a blast and would recommend this space for any big group event whether its family or a work group!

Mostly-great property and experience
The house was very laid out for short term use, and the yard is incredible, with many outdoor activities. In inclement weather, it's less-fun. There was a leak in the pool house from shoddy workmanship on the exterior that caused flooding there, and exposed a present or past rodent infestation. When I stated that this was unsatisfactory, I was given a $100 credit, which I viewed as insufficient for the amount of property that I paid to lease completely that was unavailable. The property manager was exceptional in responding to problems/issues, and was an excellent communicator. There were some damages to the play equipment, (skeeball was unusable, pool table could really use new felt and leveling) and no credits were offered. A few of our party smoked, which they did outside, often outside the fence, but the owner and property manager found out, and penalized us, because the contract is very specific that there is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in/on the property. I didn't realize they would enforce that provision as aggressively as they did, but it was certainly part of the contract. So, if you're a smoker, skip this one. Overall, a good experience, a few disappointments, and a less-flexible owner/manager around some pretty obvious gaps between what was advertised/paid for, and what I got.

Girls "Glamp"
Rained and snowed out of our camping plans we had to pivot and found this GEM of a property that became a place for our YW to thrive. Nestled next to Deer Creek Lake with mountains minutes away. There was so much to do on property we only left twice - once to get shakes at the famous Dairy Keen in Heber and then an excursion which consisted of Lunch at Lupitas Valley Mexican in Midway with a visit to Cascade Springs in the nearby mountains. The property was everything it said it was and was very clean. The girls changed the Man Cave into a Woman Cave and stayed up long into the night building memories and relationships. The pool and hot tub were perfect activities - rain or shine. While the rain prevented us from using the firepit, we used the beautiful atmosphere and sat around it for some amazing "fire"side talks. And the playset was a hit with these girls playing all sorts of games and just enjoying each others company. The kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances and things you might need need. My camp cooks were over the moon with the Blackstone that was available. In short, I know too late for that, it was an amazing time in this beautiful property that was well accommodated by its hosts and property manager. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Fantastic house!
This house was great for a large group of guys. The house itself was clean with plenty of comfortable rooms to stay in. The man cave was awesome, although the rubber balls for the ski ball made it nearly impossible to play. The backyard was amazing, lots of room with a great patio and nice swimming pool. Excellent Location for Executive Retreat
This was a repeat visit for us because we've enjoyed this property so much. We had our team stay here for an executive retreat and had a fabulous time. The backyard is a dream with so many great entertaining options--pickleball, putting green, pool, hot tub, fire pit. It's beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. The man cave was also a big hit as our group had space to hold meetings and be comfortable. Elora was extremely nice and welcoming to our group. She had great communication with us throughout our stay and made sure she sent above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I also got to speak with one of the owners, Michelle, and she was a gracious and kind host as well. Wonderful people.

Great place to reconnect
We stayed here over Memorial day weekend and it was perfect for our family. The outside of the home is the reason we rented the home and it did not disappoint. We had paid for pool heat and were glad we did because it was cold and rainy and I honestly thought the weekend would be a bust . However, when we got to the home the pool was heated and was swimmable even in the chilly may weather. Our family had a great time and the man cave provided a great place to gather and enjoy each others company. We did have to contact the property manager with a small issue and it was solved that day. They were VERY receptive and wanted to make sure that we had an enjoyable time. It was a fun place to stay and we would recommend staying here again.

Great family getaway
We had a great time staying at this property. The properties entertainment amenities are second to none. Pool table, foosball, pickle ball, golf, heated pool, hot tub- everyone had something to do. For the most part the property was clean. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues. But nothing major and definitely nothing that derailed the great time we had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

This was a surprise birthday party for Grandpa! He loved everything. All the kids played in the pool. We had it heated and it was perfect. The hot tub was relaxing and we ended the day around the campfire. Beautiful place. We are looking forward to coming again.

Bigger and better than expected
We had such a fabulous time at this property. The property is bigger than it looked in the pictures. The pool was beautiful, clean and quite warm (we paid to have it warmed). We enjoyed lounging on the back deck especially in the evenings. The yard is absolutely beautiful and with the lighted pool it’s so pretty at night. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit making s’mores and we had fun playing volleyball as well. My biggest concern was that there are only 3 bathrooms and we had a large group of 20. The bathrooms weren’t a problem at all. We also had more than enough room for everyone to sleep. I highly recommend this property.

With 6 children 3-12 there was lots of room for the cousins to spread out and play. Outside, the pool and hot tub, swingset, mini golf, and large yard were big hits. Inside, people enjoyed the "man cave" for TV, Fussball, billiards and ping pong. Adults could also visit in the livingroom and do puzzles and games. It was also great to have two refrigerators.

A Family reunion everyone enjoyed!
We loved this wonderful gathering place that has entertainment for everyone! Whether it was the living room, the man cave (game room) or outside, there was always enough seating room for everyone which made for a great time of visiting and playing games! “Our Heber House”
Since we stayed here last summer our grandkids have been asking when we would be going back to “The Heber House”. We had every bit as much fun this year and have decided to make it an annual tradition. The house itself is nice, although I wish the master bath wasn’t about the size of a large closet and the temperatures upstairs and downstairs could be more uniform. The real draw for our family is the fabulous pool, yard, and man cave. The location is perfect for us, less than an hour away from the Salt Lake Valley, but theHeber Valley seems like a world away. Elora is great to work with and for a large family getaway like ours we couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

Ladies weekend
The home itself is the perfect location, beautiful home inside and out with a great yard. The bad part is that it wasn't completely ready for us at check in time. The hose was in the hot tub filling it up and never did get hot enough to use the first night. The host did his best to get everything ready for us and was a really nice man. We just wish it would have been done prior to checking in so it would have been cleaned and functional for the guests to use since this was a big reason to rent. The next odd thing was on Saturday morning they did have a lawn service and maintenance crew come on property at 9am which was not expected at all after a long night and sleepy guests. Once they started blowing debris around us on the deck while having coffee that was the last straw for me and I asked them to stop which they did. The owners live right next door and were able to get things fixed quickly but privacy was definitely not something we felt we had which was REALLY important for us on an all girls weekend.

Family Fun Full Stop
Great memories! We had a wonderful family gathering here, swimming, grilling, sitting by the campfire and making s’mores. Plenty of bedrooms, game room was fun for all, and we even flew a kite in the backyard. We paid extra for heating the pool which was great for the kids and adults to enjoy. We didn’t have to leave the property if we didn’t want to, but Midway is nearby with shops and events. Ordered pizza from Heber the last night to make things easier. Mornings in the hot tub for the adults, looking at the mountains and listening to the birds was sweet. The owner stopped by for a quick check and hello. It showed they really care about your stay and comfort. Thanks for the great stay.

Spring Break 2021
My daughters are in high school and haven't had anything really fun going on since Covid, so I decided to rent this wonderful property & let them invite their friends to join us for Spring Break. Everyone tested negative before coming, so with masks off, these friends were able to make some great memories before graduation! The "Man Cave" was a huge draw for the group. They enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and lounging on the two huge sectionals while listening to music. The weather warmed up enough for our group to use the pool the last two days and it was the perfect activity right before dinner. I was able to cook in the kitchen and keep an eye on everyone in the pool. Other activities that we loved: Walking to Deer Creek Reservoir to skip rocks, driving into Heber for Dairy Keen shakes, playing pickle ball in the park in Midway. The whole group was so sad to leave when our week was over. I'd like to rent it again next year for these fun friends!

So much to do
We had 13 friends/family ages 5-50. Hottub, pool table, ping pong, fire pit, fooseball gave everyone something to do. Multiple TVs were great during a football playoff weekend! Multiple fridges were great for all our food drink needs and the grill had a full propane tank. Would love to come stay during the summer and enjoy the pool as well.
