Gute Unterkunft
Das Resort ist schön, tolle Pools. Meerzugang ist auch vorhanden. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Sonst läuft aber fast nichts mehr in der Gegend an einem Abend. Wer es gerne ruhig hat, ist hier richtig.

Sehr grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und Küche. Zimmer eher alt (Teppiche und Badezimmer abgenutzt). Wegen der Feuchtigkeit viele kleine Krabbeltiere in der Küche. Schöne Hotelanlage (jedoch viele Kinder), grosses Angebot an Shopping, Fitness und Spa sowie Surfbrett und Schnorchelausrüstungsvermietung.

Immer wieder gerne. Tolles Hotel, sehr gepflegte Anlage und gleich am Kaanapali Beach. Auf der anderen Strassenseite befindet sich ein grosser Supermarkt der keine Wünsche offen lässt, so wie auch ein paar Imbisse/Restaurant.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Hotel und haben es absolut genossen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und das Hotel bietet so ziemlich alles. Heraushebend wäre hier das Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und stets orientiert um den Alhoha Spirit zu verbreiten. Ich würde definitiv wieder dahin gehen.

Good hotel, though sea view is a bit of a stretch for the studios. DVD lending had many recent movies which is a plus, no umbrellas on the beach/pool. +daily resort fee (ca fifteen), and daily parking (ca nine)!

schönes hotel direkt am kaanapali beach
das hotel kaanapali shores liegt mitten im urlaubszentrum kaanapali beach mit mehreren grossen hotelburgen. in der nähe von lahaina dem allgemeinem touristen ort wo man abends schön essen,einkaufen und flanieren kann-dazu den schönsten sonnenuntergang von maui miterleben kann. hotel wird vorallem von amerikanischen touristen - vielen familien genutzt. es gibt riesige appartements mit küche waschmaschine und trockner sowie seperates schlafzimmer.im hotel gibt es ein restaurant mit sehr schmackhaften speisen den ganzen tag über. hotel wirkt eher wie ein schlichter amerikanischer appartementkomplex aber der innenhof des hotels ist sehr romantisch -allerdings der pool ist zu klein geraten. vor dem hotel ist direkt der sandstrand - liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. im hotel kann man direkt alle ausflüge buchen und es gibt kleine geschäfte sowie gegenüber des hotels eine einkaufsmeile.parken ist nur im hotelgeände möglich für 9$ täglich. internet ist im zimmer WLAN und kostenfrei.

I booked an ocean view room based on the photo on Expedia. Our room had a resort/pool view staring at another building next to it with the water far in the distance. I complained to the front desk and showed them the pic from Expedia vs our room and they said Expedia uploaded the photos, not them and would not reimburse me the difference in rooms. They offered a restaurant credit, but we didn’t eat there. They also offered to move us over a couple rooms but the view was essentially the same. So the hotel did nothing. I called Expedia and they claimed the hotel uploaded the photos and details and also refused to refund me the difference in rooms. So essentially nothing was done. So be careful when viewing the one bedroom ocean view pics, that is not what you will get. Even if it said “partial ocean view” I would be a little more understanding but the photos are inaccurate, whoever uploaded them. The hotel was pretty clean, but not pristine with no daily housekeeping service. We did not realize how damaging the fires were in Lahaina. We were glad that we could support the community, but thought after almost a year, the community would have been somewhat rebuilt, but it wasn’t. There were tons of people living in tents and fema sheds and a large homeless population. Most water activities like snorkeling or zip lining were 2 hours away. So, had we known of the lack of rebuild in the community and extent of damage, we would have booked on another part of the island.

The only thing I did not care for were the added on fees. It was $25 per day for use of the coffeemaker and other such things plus $10.05 per day for parking. The other add ons were taxes which amounted to about $50 per day. All of this should be included in the advertised price.

The rooms and lanai were wonderful. The view was spectacular from both rooms (9 of us) I especially want to thank Josiah for all the questions he answered for me prior to our arrival. Also Trisha and Firta for the warm welcome and fun check in. All the staff was so helpful and friendly. The two pools were clean and fun. We will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely with well equipped kitchen and the balcony had a nice view of palm trees and ocean. The garden/pool areas were also very inviting. Beach club restaurant had good food. Grocery store and small eateries right across the street too. We had a great stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly, right from check-in to check-out. Shops and restaurant on site were quite nice. Two pools with adjacent hot tubs, both were great and we saw them being raked/cleaned every morning. Beach right outside was amazing! They also have an on-site spa and salon, which we didn’t make use of.

the room we had was sub standard. things didn't work and the view was not good. We complained and got a better room. took 3 days to move us though.
