We had a great stay here. The staff was so lovely and made sure we felt comfortable all the time. We were even allowed to take a quick shower after our checkout before leaving to the airport!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay in Hanoi for days or weeks. Everything is nearby, so you can literally walk anywhere by foot. The weather is the best in Jan. I would say its the sweet spot weather where its not too hot, or not too cold. Therefore, walking isn't a problem. Bring a jacket if its too chilly or breezy. All in all, I had a wonderful experience staying here..

Dieser Ort liegt direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt, mit einer luxuriösen Fassade und zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Innenraum ist gut ausgestattet, mit sauberen und ordentlichen Zimmern und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal ist freundlich und bietet engagierte Beratung, auch wenn wir aufgrund unseres Tourplans später oder früher ein- und auschecken können. Wir buchten auch eine Massage und erhielten Unterstützung zu einem im Vergleich zu umliegenden Spas fairen Preis. Der Zimmerpreis ist angesichts der Dienstleistungen und der Lage günstig.

This place is located right in the center of the old town, with a luxurious exterior and plenty of nearby restaurants. The interior is well-equipped, with clean and tidy rooms and full amenities. The staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic guidance, even accommodating late or early check-ins and check-outs due to our tour schedule. We also booked a massage and received support at a fair price compared to surrounding spas. The room rate is cheap considering the services and location.

Great location, awesome staff - they made us up a breakfast to go when they found out we were checking out prior to the start of their breakfast. The staff also book us an airport transfer at the same price as Grab and then helped retrieve a forgotten bag from the same taxi! The balcony was huge, wished we had more time there!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Hanoi and loved this hotel! It was centrally located and an easy walk to all major attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious and had a ton of food options. The staff was the true standout - everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good location . Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. The taxi didn’t turn up to collect us and they undercut the Grab we got on the way back. Room was a bit shabby but bed comfortable and you could hear people in the bath room next door. The breakfast is at another restaurant and was a nice addition. Good base but not luxury.

We wanted a true, authentic, old town experience where we could walk and enjoy the area. We wanted a balcony and city watch, while requiring above average standards. The hotel exceeded our expectations and then after check out, I realized I left my jacket in the closet, and the front office manager communicated with me, and went over and above to send me my jacket to Saigon. This gesture has renewed my faith in humanity! This woman demonstrated the true spirit of hospitality, professionalism, and compassion. I am so grateful for her leadership!!

A mixup over the bed selection, a single king size was provided when two twins were requested, was the only negative of the experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to major landmarks and the desk staff were helpful and spoke English well.

The shower was hard to get the temperature right and our room window looked out into the hallway and was open so it felt a little insecure. When we closed the window they opened it again. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful but in a different hotel around the corner. Overall very good value.

Comfortable, no-frills, affordable option for a short (1-2 night) stay in Hanoi. Photos are accurate but may not reflect some of the wear and tear on the room (e.g., a few cracked tiles in shower floor). Everything functioned fine, just not brand new anymore. The bed was comfortable with a great mattress and non-synthetic sheets (so you don’t get as sweaty). Strong AC unit in the room kept us nice and cool. Hot water right away out of sink and shower. Room was clean with simple amenities (small bottled water, toothbrush, shower products, etc) that met our needs. Great staff at reception, very polite and helpful getting us a taxi to the airport which arrived promptly and was a good price. Would stay again for a short trip due to location and price! Just three things to know before booking: 1) Website mentions soundproofed rooms, and maybe others are, but I don’t believe ours (on the second floor) was; it was quiet at night but there was a lot of noise from what sounded like a nearby kitchen starting at 6:30am. Not a problem for us since we were up already for an early flight, but consider putting on some white noise if you want to sleep in. 2) Although we’d heard kitchen sounds, breakfast was actually in another hotel 1/2 a block away; the front desk staff kindly escorted us there, and it was simple typical buffet breakfast food (egg, toast, fruit etc). 3) The safe in our room didn’t work. We suspect the batteries died but didn’t inquire as we were only there 1 night.

The hotel did not align with all the photos on the website. The room was satisfactory and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast offered with the stay was a redeeming factor even though it was not located at the same hotel and we had to walk to the other hotel. Minor inconvenience but once again not communicated when we booked.
