The property is excellent in a great location. Cleanliness in all facilities rooms, lobby roof top, small swimming pool area and rooms was always evident. The breakfast was ok, nothing to complain about. The service in the dining room and housekeeping needs to improve. While rooms were properly cleaned the empty water bottles were left in the room and not replaced. We had to call housekeeping for replacement. The coffee cups in the room were very small and I recommend replacing them with regular coffee cups. There is a daily charge for the garage as we understood the garage is independent from the hotel. The hotel is a five star and the daily price for a BB arrangement is quite high thus I recommend that the hotel management should pick up the daily garage fee which is $10 per day. This small token would resonate better with customers. Finally train staff to smile more and better service

Everything was amazing. Besides, the receptionist wasn’t picking up the phone when I had an emergency and I was trying to call outside of the hotel. Please figure out some number for the main hotel lobby. It’s hard to get through when you had an emergency

The hotel is in a great location, located in front of the Bahai Garden. A new and amazing hotel, The room was excellent. The service is amazing all with a smile. The breakfast is amazing, a huge selection of things. Excellent experience.

very nice hotel - new, good location, great spa, breakfast rich and delicious, quiet (no kids) - good for a retreat for couples. Good size room, there's a balcony (nice but not useable), comforting beds, the washing area is designed very nicely but isn't comfortable to use. Service at the front desk: check-in and out - needs improvement (you can't stop three times (!) to answer other people while you deal with me). Expensive
