The bedroom and bathrooms were clean, but some of the living room and kitchen area could use a bit more attention. Some finer attention to detail, such as more than 1 dish cloth, dish soap not watered down, paper towels, recycling containers, etc could make this home away from home 5 *****.“

„Condo was a good size for us as a couple. The den allowed me desk space to set up my computer. The half bath was a real bonus. The place was very clean and well stocked. Property managers where very quick to respond when the dish washer failed. The one area that i would criticize is the lighting maintenance. Many pot-lights and lamps where not working and I addressed it with the managers but did not hear back from on this matter. This condo was situated in close proximity to the Inner Harbour. ...

„The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up.“

The location is so conveniently central - we were easily able to walk from the ferry terminal and were able to entirely navigate our intinerary by fairly minimal walking and using the bus! „We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via ...
