Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage, mieserabler Service
Alles wie man es von einem 4Star Hotel erwartet, allerdings die am wenigstens interessierten Mitarbeiter aller Zeiten. Denken Sie nicht einmal an ein Zimmer-Frühstück - es wurde nicht einmal die an die Tür gehängte Bestellung abgehängt.

Gute Lage, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider kann man auch in Nichtraucherzimmer ab und zu den Zigaretten Rauch durch die Klimaanlage riechen. Aber das ist leider in China so.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen, das Personal grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich dunkel und etwas hat schlecht gerochen. Dafür war das Badezimmer spitzenmässig.

Sehr schlecht ausgebildetes Personal
In dieser Preisklasse sollte das Personal zumindestens Englisch sprechen können. Es war täglich immer wieder auf ein neues nervig, im Restaurant oder der Hotelbar zu bestellen, da niemand etwas verstanden hat. Das Personal ist sehr schlecht bis überhaupt nicht ausgebildet und entspricht nicht der Klassifizierung des Hotels bzw. der Zimmerpreise. Alles in allem wenig empfehlenswert.

The hotel room were clean and big. The staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately. I was disappointed with the following: 1. nobody guided to the seats during the breakfast time in the restaurant, we need to find for seating area by ourselves; 2. Not the best in town
The hotel is very very old. It urgently requires mass renovations if they want to keep up with other establishments. Yes the location of the hotel is in a prime area but so are many other hotel. The elevators are few and you have to wait for a long time to get into one. The carpets in the room are old and smelly. The bathtubs have cracks. The breakfast options are limited. I stayed at this same hotel 10 years ago and it was amazing but it has deteriorated ever since. I do want to acknowledge the work of the guest relations manager. A gentlemen from Ecuador who was very good.

Room was very nice, had a magnificent view from the 50th floor, also very quiet. The bathroom was just splendid! The facilities, specifically the gym and tennis courts, are a bit old and could use a renovation. The gym is a bit messy. But it’s all perfectly usable and enjoyable. When you check in, they take a photo of you. That’s really quite uncomfortable, considering the development of facial recognition and government surveillance. I’ve been to other hotels in China where they didn’t take a photo, so I have no idea what the rules are here. Also, I wonder what the point is, since they make a copy of your passport anyway. We stayed for three days and the pool was closed during that entire time. The pool was the main reason why we chose that hotel, so that was a huge disappointment. If it weren’t for the fact, that they take a photo of you at check-in, and the pool being closed during our entire stay, I would have rated this hotel with 4 stars.

47樓景觀不錯,房間乾淨。自助早餐品種可以,中餐廳的晚餐份量足夠。綜合來說是一次很好的staycation。希望房間的瓶裝水可以多提供兩瓶。

Nice Experience!
The room was at 52nd floor, very nice cityview, very quiet and clean. The staffs are very friendly and polite.
