I stayed at this hotel for a track meet,. I was having trouble sleeping because I was itching. Got up to go get some thing to snack on in the lobby. When I came back upstairs to my room, there were bedbugs. I took some downstairs to show the front desk the young man that was there was very attentive, however, after that, the assistant manager was not pleasant at all, and tried to make it like I had done something wrong. She felt as though refunding my money paying for parking and one meal, which was an omelette that I got for breakfast to Refund should be. She was nasty when I was talking to her in the lobby and she was nasty in the email that she sent me letting me know that they , removed all the charges from my credit card. That is not enough that whole hotel. All 10 floors need to be exterminated professionally doing just one room which they did not do is not going to do anything they’re just gonna jump from room to room. Seeing the airlines stewardess and the pilot in the lobby, I wanted to say something so bad but I did not. But I feel as though everyone should know that this hotel has bedbugs and they’re not doing anything to rectify it. They fail as though comping a room for one night is OK and it’s not beware
