An old lady from the reception gave us the rudest custome service ever. She barely spoke english. When we checked out she didn`t believe that we had already paid hotel and we almost didn`t catch the ferry. She didn`t tell us about the breakfast and we thought there isn`t any. All in all she was by far the rudest person we have met working in a hotel.
The other staff was more kind, but nobody told us there is a free breakfast, so that is not good customer service either. Suggest you find another hotel to go to.
