Das Zimmer war stets sauber und für uns 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder völlig ausreichend. Es wurde, wenn man wollte, täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass die Liegen am Strand nach 3 Tagen kostenpflichtig wurden. Die Liegen an den Pools blieben kostenfrei.

Personal freundlich. Mehrere Pools, auch extra für "Adult only" Dadurch verteilt es sich gut. Animateure sehr bemüht. Ruhig ist es durch das Programm eher nicht. Zimmer war im Haupgebäude von der Lage her gut, Ausstattung auch.Abzug gibt es beim Essen. Auswahl und Quallität waren nicht gut. Frühstücksgebäude war neu und modern. Das Gebäude zum Abendessen jedoch alt und kahl. Meer mit Kieselsteinen. Badeschuhe empehlenswert. Safe im Zimmer gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis. An sich zufriedenstellend, würden das nächste Mal allerdings ein Hotel mit Sandstrand ausprobieren.

3 Sterne Hotel, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Essen bei Halbpension gewöhnungsbedürftig. Freundliches Personal. Bei den Eingängen zur Poollandschaft hat es Regeln geschrieben, z.B keine Reservation von Liegen, U16 kein Zutritt usw. Leider kontrolliert das keiner, Liegen sind den ganzen Tag mit Tücher belegt aber keiner kommt, schade für die, die auch gern am Pool verweilen möchten. Ansonsten alles Tutti.

Das Hotel Lage ist gut jedoch das zimmer wurde nicht gut geputzt. Ausserdem ich dachte dass ich dieses Hotel All Inclusive gebucht habe aber dort habe Erfahren dass es nur Hotel ohne Verpflegung gebucht wurde.das ist echt enttäuschend.

Der Staff ist hervorragend was man nicht für Touristen sagen kann! Zu viele auf sich bezogene Menschen aus Schweden hier. Kein einziges Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen Gäste. Das Meerwasser am Strand ist vol vom Plastikteilen überall! Sehr gefährlich nicht nur für Kinder wenn man sich verschluckt.

Große Enttäuschung
Die Beschreibung und die Lage des Hotels sah traumhaft aus, leider ist in der Internet-Beschreibung vergessen worden, dass das Hotel in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens von Rhodos liegt, was an belebten Tagen bedeutete, dass alle 10 Minuten ein Flugzeug gelandet ist. Außerdem ist uns nicht ganz verständlich, wie die 4 Sterne zu erklären sind, die Einrichtung war sehr basal und einfach nur zweckmäßig. Ebenso war der Service des Hotels sehr basic, allerdings war das Personal wirklich freundlich. Der Ort war extrem touristisch, was uns nicht gefallen hat, aber das ist ja eher persönliche Geschmacksache. Wer etwas individuelles, gemütliches sucht, sollte an anderen Orten der Insel suchen.

Direkt am Meer, wunderbar! Hotelanlage aussen sehr hübsch, innen etwas alt und kalt. Animationsteam sehr sympathisch. Vielseitiges ansprechendes Angebot. Genial für Kinder! Spielsaal innen, zwei Spielplätze aussen, Pool, etc. ..... Viele Restaurants unmittelbar neben Hotel. Windige Lage! Nicht zu unterschätzen! Oft Wellen und etwas kühl. Im Sommer angenehm, im Herbst störend.

Wir waren als Familien mit zwei Kindern in Sun Beach Resort zum ersten Mal und überhaupt in Rhodes. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, das Hotel, die Lage und das Service. Sehr nette und freundliche griechischen Gastfreundschaft. Auch große Plus von Hotel das es hat super Animation Team, vielen Aktivitäten für gross und klein. Ich würde diesen Hotel sehr empfehlen für relaxen und genießen griechischen Insel.

Schönes Hotel und einen schönen Strand
Am ersten Tag wurde ein anders Zimmer zu uns gegeben, einfaches, weil der Klimaanlage kaputt war von den Zimmer, dass wir bekommen sollten. Als kompensation haben sie zwei Tage später ein super Zimmer, viel großer mit Meersblick gegeben. Wir haben uns gefreut! Wir sind mit dem Auto zu dem schönen Strände Rhodos gefahren. Ich empfehle ein Auto zu mieten um die schöne Strände zu sehen.

The property had some nice updates. The adult only pool and bar were very nice along with the lobby area Thalassa. Beautiful ocean views, entertainment activities throughout the day, and excellent capucinos. The food was mediocre and water wasn’t available for guests in the lobby. My room had a funky order and the air conditioning was minimal.

Jouduimme muutaman tunnin olon jälkeen vaihtamaan hotelli huonetta koska oli kova sade ja makuuhuoneen katosta tippui vettä pöydälle. Viereinen huone oli hyvä. Hotellin henkilökunta hoiti asian moitteettomasti. Muuten koko viikko oli loistava. Thalassa ravintola hotellissa oli täysi 10. Hyvät ruoat ja mahtava palvelu.

Kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. All inclusiveen kuuluvat ruoat ja juomat olivat erinomaisia. Joka ruoalla oli useita herkullisia vaihtoehtoja. Tarjolla oli olutta, viinejä sekä pitkä lista cocktaileja. Sekä jäätelöä. Huoneet kaipaisivat vähän päivitystä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä.

the staff were good. We were in all inclusive which was not good at all. The quality of food was very poor.
