Äußere Anlagen schön, aber überfüllt, sehr laut und niemand achtet auf Sauberkeit. Überfördete und unfreundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Vierbettzimmer erfüllt nicht die Voraussetzungen, da es nur 2 Einzelbetten und ein kleiner, harter Sofa vorhanden sind. Keine Entspannung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall nicht.

Wir – eine Familie mit 5 jährigen Kind – haben den Aufenthalt im Sentido Apollo Palace sehr genossen. Warum? Weil: – uns die herzliche, kinderfreundliche Art des gesamten Personals sehr gefallen hat – die parkähnliche Gestaltung der Anlage, mit den zahlreichen Olivenbäumen das Griechenlandfeeling erzeugte – wir uns in den hellen, modernen Zimmern „zu Hause“ fühlten – und „gute Laune geht durch den Magen“, das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker war

Insgesamt hat ein sehr gut eindruck gemacht. Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Essenauswahl war nach meiner Meinung bißchen arm aber immer lecker gewesen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war fremde worte, kaum geputzt und Badezimmer war immer dreckig auch als wir uns an der Rezeption Beschwerden hatten hats sich nichts geändert... Schade...

Personal gibt sein Bestes, jedoch Anlage in veraltetem Zustand, Pools, Liegen etc. sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und heute so oft nicht mehr gewöhnt kurzen Essenszeiten, Beispiel Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr. Trotz täglichem Trinkgeld für das Reinigungspersonal, musste ich nachfragen ob es nicht mal möglich ist den Fußboden auch mal sauber zu machen, etc. Strand so naja; laut, aufgeschüttet und klein. Die Insel hat so viel zu bieten, deswegen unbedingt Auto ausleihen und damit auch wirklich gute Strände erreichen. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht, würde jedoch keinem Familienmitglied, einem Freund oder Bekannten dieses Hotel empfehlen. Es ist seinen Preis in der Hauptsaison definitiv nicht wert.

At Sentido Apollo Palace we pride ourselves on excellent standards of service and hospitality, therefore, rest assured that all your constructive comments have been taken into serious consideration and all necessary action has been taken because of your feedback. Please allow us to point out the following: Regarding the operating hours of our restaurant, we would like to inform you that in most hotels around the world there are specific operation hours for the service of the guests. Yes, our breakfast in the main restaurant ends at 10.00 but at the same time, the snack bar opens, which is located next to our main swimming pool, offers late breakfast for all our guests until 12.00. You can find croissants, cakes, cheese pies, cheeses, ham, salads etc. From 12.00 onwards it works as a snack bar where you can find a wide variety of snacks. We believe that the hours of our outlets are very functional as you can find something to eat at all hours! The beach area, as you can see on our website, is a part of the Mesonghi area beach which due to its nature varies in every part of it. It is a very unique beach, and we do our best to maintain it properly and make it accessible for our customers. We are confident that, your negative comment does not reflect the image of our hotel. Leider hat das Reinigungs Personal jeden Tag vor unserem Zimmer ihre gesamten Reinigungsgerätschaften abgestellt hin und her geschoben, diese befanden sich überwiegend auf Rollen sodass auf dem Untergrund des Bodens , der sehr durch Steine geprägt war, den ganzen Tag eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung stattfand.Ansonsten war es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal.

Unser Zimmer bestand aus einem Doppelbett und 3 Sofas. Einen Schreibtisch und einem großen Schrank. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine Badewanne, ein großes Waschbecken. Manko war und ist die fehlende Badezimmertür und nicht genügende Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Bademäntel und Handtücher, die man vom Hotel gestellt bekommt. Das Personal war hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig. Es war für jeden was dabei. Verschiedene Fischgerichte, Fleischgerichte, Gemüse, Obst, Suppe, Reis, Pommes, vegetarische Gerichte, Müsli, frischer Salat, Eis, Nachtisch etc. Und von allem mehr als reichlich. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub, wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Essen gut und abwechslungsreich. Anlage ist sehr grün mit vielem Blumen und Pflanzen. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Klimaanlage ist ein besserer Ventilator egal welche Temperatur man einstellt es kommt nur warme Luft raus. In der Wannendusche gibt es keine Halterung für den Duschkopf in entsprechender Höhe.

Nice enough for a family stay. The kids really enjoyed it! Busy at meal times, as can be expected. There was a nice variety of choices. We much preferred the pool area on the kids world section, it was rather unkempt on the other side. The evening entertainment was good. The grassy areas need more attention to keep them neat.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, hotel molto bello. con giardini bellissimi, cibo ottimo, disponibilità di alimenti per perone con allergie alimentari (es. latte vegetale) personale molto gentile. La camera non grande ma molto carina, ho apprezzato la zanzariera e il ventilatore a soffitto (c'è anche l'aria condizionata) e il patio sul giardino. Davvero ottimo, peccato che per via delle cancellazioni di Easyjet alla fine abbiamo perso 2 giorni di ferie.

The hotel itself is in a lovely location near the beach, pool areas are nice and waterslides are great for the kids. The animation team and bar staff are lovely and do a great job. Unfortunately the food is awful. I have stayed in several all inclusives before and this did not match up. For a 10 night stay, we had breakfast about 3 times and ate out for dinner about 6 times. They could really do with themed nights or live cooking stations. Same food every day and really strange options. No cold meat available at lunch so you can't even make sandwiches. Cleaniness of toilets by the Blue Bar and Snack Bar is awful. They are absolutely filthy, constant pool of water in them. Also for the whole time I was there, there was no soap available to wash your hands in there. Staff from ice cream stand and bar are using these toilets too and obviously cannot wash their hands properly. The management walk around all day giving orders but seem to have no interest in feedback or helping their staff. Not a great impression overall from management, could do better.

Every evening there is a different theme night like Italian, Greek, Fish Night, Asian etc.As you had probably noticed our restaurant has a massive scale of carefully selected food which we are sure indulged in our customer’s needs. There is always something for everyone from gluten-free products to vegan even sushi. Our chefs are always there to guide you through our buffets and if there is anything special that you may need, they will prepare it just for you!Please allow me also to mention that in our effort to improve our food departments we have added our a la carte restaurant Elia which is located in our adults-only area and offers excellent Mediterranean cuisine. We are confident that, your negative comment does not reflect the image of our restaurant and of course our hotel, and this is not something we are saying, but many of our guests who evaluate us daily. This hotel wasnt the worst however, it is not a 5* hotel. It didnt give the 'luxurious' feel a 5 star hotel should. Although there were a few restaurants around, the location wasnt the greatest. It felt as though I was in the middle of India. Just a couple things I wish I knew before I booked. - reception was underwhelming, just a marble reception room with ikea like sofas - The food wasnt great - i literally ate pasta and chips everyday (twice a day) - It is not the cleanest hotel - around the pool bars etc - The pools are TOO cold to even enjoy a swim (your body literally hurts when standing in there). - Our room was not cleaned for a couple days. Nevertheless, we had one of the newest rooms so couldnt fault this and the staff were very friendly.

I would like to congratulate the effort by all the catering staff to work with the cheapest ingredients available and render them almost tasteless, bland and free of any texture for our entire 12 day stay All inclusive drinks did not include known brands and were tasteless. The included red wine served freezing cold is like vinegar at room temperature. Decent beer is extortionately priced. The only coffee available is out of a machine dispensing powdered coffee with powdered milk Our 1st room had threadbare sheets with holes and a broken curtain. 2nd room better but still very cheap furniture and no door between the bathroom and the bedroom No toiletries provided Pools sun loungers and umbrellas were worn out and side tables rarely cleaned. The gardening standards were the same as a bankrupt English council’s park. Grass growing deep under sun loungers and growing to seed in many areas and bushes not trimmed in months

This hotel had a friendly, hard working staff whose goal was to make it’s guests stay enjoyable. The food was very good with lots of variety and themed evenings such as seafood night. The bungalows were comfortable with great air conditioning and the pools were numerous to fit groups with children as well as having an adults only pool. They even had seating for dining in an adults only area. We traveled with a child with disabilities and found the resort very accessible. There is a small beach within a 5 minute walk as well as a couple of small stores for food and souvenirs. There are also a few good local restaurants close by. This town is quaint and quiet and the resort was comfortable and generous with food and drink. If I were to say anything slightly negative it would be that the umbrellas and chairs near the children’s pool area could use some updating. Overall, a wonderful resort with fabulous staff.

Séjour Dépaysant !
Agréable surprise malgré certains avis laissé par des personnes trop exigeantes. Le personnel est très sollicité dans la saison il faut se montrer compréhensif. Très bel hôtel de caractère avec des appartements/chambres en forme d'asciendas, c'est vraiment très charmant. L'hotel a de très belles installations 3 piscines / 3 bars 2 restaurants et un snack. Il est entouré de verdure et les espaces verts sont très biens entretenus malgré la forte chaleur. Dépaysement garanti! Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de profiter du spa tellement nous avons fait pleins d'autres activités en dehors. Une belle plage se trouve juste derrière l'hotel , vous pourrez vous y détendre avec de beaux transats et des cocktails, des excusions en bateau pour le blue lagoon ont lieu tout les jours et le départ s'effectue juste devant l'hotel. Les chambres sont climatisées c'est très plaisant , les chambres sont contrairement à certains avis bien insonorisées, le buffet est divers et varié , et tout les soirs il est renouvelé avec de nouveaux mets avec soirées spéciales, l'hotel propose de nombreuses activités pour divertir les familles et les jeunes tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Ensuite le mieux est d'aller une voiture ou un quad pour aller visiter le reste de l'île, la location de bateau est possible aussi (no need driver licence)

Apollo Palace and their staff were amazing! Receptionists are always smiling and nice, reservation manager was super kind and helpful. Food is amazing, highly recommended for all inclusive. Special thanks to employees working at main restaurant. Location is also very good, beach is very close, there is also a tour agency right in front of the property (from the beach door exit). We extended our vacation here, would stay even longer if we would not go to other side of the island. Would highly recommend for both couples and families!

Mouldy shower and curtains! The entire hotel desperately needs some updates. Aircon wasnt working even after changing to another room. We got at least 20 mosquito bites each in the room and pool areas. Staff are very nice though. Generally not a clean establishment.

With reference to this booking I would like to log a complaint. This hotel is listed as 5 Star on your website and our booking was for double bed plus 2 sofa beds, we just received a basic double bed. 5 Star Status - incorrect for reasons below; the phone was not working in my room, I let reception know and no action was taken we were told room would only be cleaned every 5 days no kettle or tea / coffee making facility in room no welcome drink received SPA facilities closed attached pictures of worn and grubby seat from reception, bins left to overflow for days and toilet by restaurant dirty and no handtowels I am requesting a compensation as I would not have gone to this hotel as it should be rated as 3 star and was not clean. I was expecting 5 star as advertised on your website. Very disappointed with the 5 STAR listed hotel. This is the first time I have used HOTELS.COM and now very disappointed with my booking through your site.
