I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Maria City hotel. The staff at the hotel were always welcoming and friendly throughout my stay, especially the two ladies at reception. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice varied selection which was different every day. If you are staying in the front it can sometimes be a bit noisy due to the bar down the road, but not every night, and not usually too late. The hotel is in a perfect location. Beach few minutes away, restaurants and shops everywhere nearby and easily walkable to the Old Town and harbour and other places of interest. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, good value.
We only stayed 1 night on our way to another Island. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was also big with a great shower. Unfortunately our balcony ( room 401) was only half the size of all the other rooms. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good.

Hotel moderno nella città nuova, con buona posizione vicino a bar e ristoranti. Intorno infatti c'è tutto quello che può servire, compreso un minimarket e una farmacia (proprio sotto). Non distante dalla fermata del bus proveniente dall'aeroporto e a circa 800 metri dalla stazione dei bus. La porta d'Amboise per accedere alla città vecchia è a 1 km. Le camere sono molto spaziose, con balcone. Grande anche il bagno, con mini finestra. Purtroppo non c'è la scrivania, né la cassaforte. Inoltre i letti sono rifatti in maniera approssimativa e durante la notte mi sono trovata a dormire direttamente sul materasso. Un problema sono anche le tende, troppo piccole per le finestre, ne servirebbero di più larghe o meglio ancora servirebbero le tapparelle. Altra cosa secondo me migliorabile è il vetro della doccia, troppo stretto che non impediva l'allagamento di tutto il bagno. Bello però il soffione della doccia, enorme. I prodotti di cortesia sono stati riforniti tutti i giorni. La colazione variava giornalmente, ma non sempre incontrava i miei gusti (preferisco il dolce). Come bevande calde c'erano solo tè o caffè. In generale comunque buon rapporto qualità/prezzo .

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The hotel was great! Our room was nice and clean, the towels were changed every second day and sheets every third. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff is so warm and welcoming, it felt great staying there. The hotel is in a nice street that is situated close to everything you may need, there is a supermarket right outside and the beach is five minutos away. We loved staying there, and would come back again!

Trevligt ställe, det ligger bra till allt stranden, restauranger, butiker osv... Vänliga personalen speciellt kväll och natt personalen de är super snälla och trevliga, man känner sig trygg. Frukost bord är enkelt men man hittar alltid något gott att äta. Skulle hoppas att städningen i rummet får bli bättre annars rekommenderar jag det starkt.

Great location-walking distance from the beach, the bus stop, the restaurants and the old town. Very nice and professional staff. Although the hotel is centrally located it is very quiet, so you get a good rest at night. I recommend staying in this hotel.

This accomodation is basic but with all ammenities and extremely clean with central positioning in Rhodes downtown. The hightlight of the hotel is the front desk staff and especially the lovely Maria which has been of great help to asisst us in our request to book different services and always having a positive attitude. I would highly reccomend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
