Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal ist freundlich- die einzigen Pluspunkte des Hotels. Zimmer war nicht sauber, Badezimmer sehr veraltet und an der Decke befand sich Schimmel. Des weiteren hatten wir einen kleinen Gast- eine Kakerlake.

We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and we apologize for falling short in this area. We have addressed this with our staff and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again. We're thankful for your feedback and we will take action to improve. We also regret to hear you had a small visitor in your room. As we are a Mediterranean island, insects are not always easy to avoid. Our colleague did kindly remove the cockroach from your room when you addressed the issue at reception. I stayed there for a whole week and I couldn’t find a better place to stay. The area was near the beach, old town, habour and everything else to descover. The girl at the reception is super cute and they are very helpful. Organized the transfer and they make a good cold coffee. I was very happy during the stay. Thank you.

Super nettes Personal und gute Lage
Ich war für eine Nacht im STAY und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, es wurde sich auch ansonsten um alle meine Bedürfnisse wie z.B. ein Taxi zur Weiterreise gekümmert. Definitiv eine Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Rhodos City!

The beds were totally comfortable! The staff were personable and accommodating. The hotel offers varied spaces for eating, meeting with friends, reading a book, playing games. It has a good restaurant. Loved the balcony!

Stay hotel was an amazing place to be at. Very clean, wonderful and friendly staff, close to the beach, markets and museum, not a far walk to Mandraki Port , environmentally conscious and most of all quiet and peaceful area. Food available downstairs. We loved it. Thank you.

Friendly lady on reception, love that you can hire beach towels and booked onto the sunset cruise trip with the hostel ! Within walking distance of the beach and only half hour walk to the old town. Lovely and clean room with a balcony sea view ! No complaints

Otel karşılama ve personelin duyarlılığı gayet iyi, odalar güzel sadece duş biraz eski ama temizlik ve hijyen konusunda iyi, otel plaja çok yakın kolaylıkla denize 2-3 dakikada gidiş geliş yapılabiliyor, etrafında market restaurantlar mevcut, kendi cafesi de yeterli durumda pek dışarı çıkmaya gerek kalmıyor, ayrıca merkeze de yaklaşık 15-20 dakikada yürüyerek gidilebiliyor, aşırı valiz veya çantanız yoksa taksi kullanmaya gerek kalmıyor, fiyat performans bizce gayet iyiydi, tavsiye ediyoruz

I loved EVERYTHING. Nikoletta (I think I spelt her name wrong.. if you see this I'm sorry! 😂) was so incredibly helpful. I booked 2 excursions she recommended and they were so fun! She also knows the area, transport times and prices so you can make a informed decision based on what you need/want. She recommended a restaurant on my first night and it was so good I went back twice. All the staff at STAY are lovely including the waiters, barstaff and the cleaners. Everyone is so smiley ☺️ The only minor problem I encountered was noise from people in the rooms along my corridor at the early hours of the morning. But thats more other guest problems than the hotel.The rooms are not soundproof but ear plugs do the trick nicely 👍 OVERALL I rate 10/10 and would STAY here again if I come back to Rhodes. Service is too good to ignore. Thank you all for having me for my first time in Rhodes! XOXO
