The Conditions there are awful! We hoped for a nice and cheap place to sleep but this was a disaster. The pictures are outdated and the thing needs to be renovated. The welcome drink was bad, the beds and pillows not comfortable, the room was old and too small. There was no real space to put your personal belongings and you had to leave the public hotel area at a certain time. The other guests have been quite nice and the staff too but the policy of this place and the conditions of the building are just too bad. We did an earlier Check-Out and switched locations because we couldn’t enjoy our vacation at this place. As long as you have any kind of standards and want a little bit of privacy I wouldn’t recommend this place at any terms.

Bei einem privaten Doppelzimmer teilt man sich Küche und Bad mit einem weiteren Zimmer, ähnlich wie in einer WG. Das Frühstück war toll und preiswert, es werden viele gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit allen Gästen angeboten und die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und haben sich bei Problemen umgehend gekümmert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Wenn wir nochmal auf Rhodos sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Translation: In a private double room sharing kitchen and bathroom with another room, similar to a shared apartment. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced, there are many common activities with all the guests offered and the staff were super friendly and took care of any problems immediately. The location is very good, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. If we are on Rhodes again we will definitely be back! Response; Thank you so much for your amazing review! Schönes, zentrales Hostel mit vielen Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, jedoch sauber und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Das Gebäude wirkt eher renovierungsbedürftig und als hätte man beim Bau viel Geld gespart. Im allgemeinen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt jedoch zufrieden und würden es für den Preis aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Nice hostel in a nice location. You can have a shower in the gym at the end of the day after your check out however they wont provide a towel so make sure to have one with you ;)

Nice stay for shared accommodation.
Great for a hostel- I was in a 3 bed room sharing a bathroom with another 3 bed room. Fridge in room as well as shared kitchen. Nice outside terrace and common areas. Good kitchen. Pretty quiet and not too much partying. Bed was actually super comfy. They do a lot to make you feel welcomed - happy hour, free meals occasionally, group outings. Great location and their bar/cafe is pretty cheap with good food Andy big portions

The best hostel ever
The best hostel I’ve stayed at in Greece! The staff are incredible, the common areas make it easy to meet other travellers, there are quiet and comfortable areas to work, and it’s in a perfect location close to the beach and bars/restaurants. I would return to Stay Hostel a million more times!

Generally clean, comfortable and a bit small
This hostel is like student dormitory, single room need to share bathroom with other guests, room and bathroom are small, but in general clean, and bed is comfortable.

I stayed in a two bed bedroom for a whole week (it's 2,5 rooms, so 6 people, that shares a toilet and shower). The shower is very small and I seriously don't like shower curtains in small showers. That's the only negative I have about this place It's very close to all the things in the city; food, bus stop to and from the airport ( just 1-2 streets away), the old town, the beaches, shops, bus station for the local and long distance buses and the port. It's also clean, in a fairly quite area even if it's in the city and very friendly staff that takes time for you when you have questions or need help. I would definitely stay here again (and that's says a lot coming from me that travels very often).

Η τρίτη διαμονή μου σε μικρό χρονικό διάστημα. Έμεινα και πάλι στο χώρο δίπλα από το βασικό κτίριο του hostel. Αυτή τη φορά στο τρίτο (οπίσθιο) δωμάτιο των τριών κρεβατιών. Τα πρωινά εξαιτίας του σχολείου που βρίσκεται κοντά υπήρχε υπερβολική φασαρία, αλλά αυτό είναι κάτι που δεν αφορά και τόσο τη διαχείριση αλλά το αναφέρω για τους μελλοντικούς ταξιδιώτες. Όλα ήταν ικανοποιητικά κι ωραία όπως κάθε προηγούμενη φορά. Το γεγονός πως η ηλεκτρική κουζίνα απουσιάζει από το χώρο είναι ένα αρνητικό που θα έπρεπε να είχε τακτοποιηθεί από τη στιγμή που η σεζόν έτρεχε. Το να πρέπει να μετακινηθούμε δίπλα ώστε να μαγειρέψουμε κάτι πρόχειρο απλώς δε συνέβαινε, διότι δεν υπήρχε η άνεση ώστε να γίνει.

Η δεύτερη διαμονή μου μέσα σε δύο μέρες. Έμεινα στο ίδιο νέο διαμέρισμα αλλά αυτή τη φορά στο μεσαίο δωμάτιο, δηλαδή στη μέση του διαμερίσματος εκεί όπου υπάρχει η κεντρική είσοδος άρα υπήρχε μια κάποια φασαρία κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και νύχτας. Η ατμόσφαιρα και η καθαριότητα ήταν το ίδιο καλή και ικανοποιητική. Plus: Επίσης το μπαρ του hostel έχει εξαιρετικές τιμές για φαγητό και ποτό.

Αξίζει.
Έμεινα δυο βραδιές σε δωμάτιο δίπλα από το hostel, ουσιαστικά νέος χώρος. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καθαρά, τα δωμάτια (ήμουν σε δωμάτιο 4 ατόμων σε χώρο 10 ατόμων) ήταν ιδιαιτέρως καθαρά, καθαρά σεντόνια, μαξιλαροθήκες, επιπλέον το air codition ήταν ρυθμιζόμενο από εμάς. Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό, δεν έλαμπε (π.χ. θα έβλεπες τρίχες ή θα υπήρχαν νερά) αλλά το μοιραζόμασταν και 10 άνθρωποι άρα ας υπάρχει κατανόηση, πάντως φρόντιζαν καθημερινά να το καθαρίσουν - σκουπίσουν και τότε ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Η ντουζιέρα επίσης ήταν μεγάλη. Η κουζίνα είναι υπό κατασκευή (υπάρχει ψυγείο) στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο αλλά μπορείς για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη να πας στο διπλανό και βασικό κτήριο του hostel. Το γενικό κλίμα ήταν ευχάριστο, καθόλου προβλήματα, συνεννόηση και ησυχία και να σημειωθεί πως είναι το φθηνότερο κατάλυμα στο «ευλογημένο» νησί. Εν κατακλείδι αξίζει. Και το μόνο που μπορώ να αναφέρω ως αρνητικό είναι τα κουνούπια, υπάρχει βλάστηση γύρω και δυστυχώς πολλά διψασμένα κουνούπια! Έχουν μεριμνήσει βέβαια και υπάρχουν κουνουπιέρες πάνω από κάθε κρεβάτι αλλά ίσως θα έπρεπε να είχαν κάνει κάτι παραπάνω.
