Das Hotel ist architektonisch sehr stilvoll und ideal zum relaxen. Die Preise vor Ort wie Getränke und Massagen sind selbst für ein 5 Sterne Hotel extrem hoch und in Anbetracht des Service unverhältnismäßig. Zwar ist das Personal bemüht, aber für die geforderten Preise sehr unprofessionell (mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse, Zustand des Zimmers bei Anreise, Umgang mit Beschwerden)....schade, denn das Hotel hat Potential in der oberen Liga mit zu spielen

Das gesamt Personal ist extrem freundlich egal ob beim Frühstück, Bar oder Rezeption, unabhängig ob früh oder spät. Die Anlage und das Konzept sind sehr gut gelungen, eine Oase fernab vom Touristentrubel. Alles sehr chillig, aber beim Dinner sollte das Mangement die Gäste darauf hinweisen, bitte nicht mit Badelatschen und Trägershirts zu kommen. An der Sauberkeit der Zimmer (insbesondere der Fussboden) hat leider kein 5 Sterne Niveau.

Traumhafter urlaub!
Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit super freundlichen Personal. Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die meisten Zimmern haben einen privaten Pool, die anderen einen direkten poolzugang. Beim Essen gibt es auch nichts auszusetzen. Einfach wunderbar und empfehlenswert. Die ausixet ist auch Top da es am Berg oben liegt, man ist oder trotzdem in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum unten. Wir würden auf alle Fälle gern wieder kommen.

not so great second time visiting
This was our second time at Olea. We never go back to a place twice usually but first time round it was so good we could not resist. This time round they have made a few changes, some good, some not so. Plus points the Flo Bar / restaurant is now a la carte which is much nicer than the fine dining 7 course set menu. Down side the cocoon restaurant in the evening is now a set menu and the bar has totally lost its atmosphere. Last time we enjoyed a few lovely evenings on the cocktails at the bar, the vibe just isn't there any more. Room - on arrival we had someone else's luggage in our room, this was quickly rectified. We then realised our toilet did not work, again rectified quite quickly. Housekeeping our amazing and visit with fresh towels and fully clean your room every day. Room service take quite while and we found the food served is below par of the restaurants and also does not always match the wording on the menu, it feels slightly rushed together. We love the architecture and 'cool vibe' this hotel offers, but if you look closely the build quality is actually really quite rough around the edges. Staff go above and beyond and are very attentive, sometimes lacking personality as they so overly polite. Fist time round we had a sea view room with private pool, the view was obscured by greenery. This time we ask for a mainland view (with private pool) and these rooms are higher up and benefit from the most amazing views (same view as the flow bar

Il manquerai une douchette dans les toilettes pour laver les parties intimes, la douchette de la salle de bain était un peu endommagée. Le personnel très accueillant et souriant! La chambre était tres belle, au calme, piscine privée parfaite. Le petit déjeuner très bien. C’est dommage qu’il n’y est pas un menu sushi pour le room service ça aurait été ideal et des options casher ou halal pour la viande.

Absolute relaxation! Our stay here was peaceful and the swim up room was stunning. The rooms were spacious and luxe. Waking up to the view from our room was a joy and the staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks for a lovely stay, I will be back!

This is the best hotel on the island, and truthfully one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at globally. Great service, great rooms, pool, and restaurants. Location is also fantastic and parking is easy. We love this hotel!
