Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit vielfältigem Speisenangebot durch à la carte zusätzlich zum AI-Buffet. Sehr modern gehaltene Anlage und schöner Strand mit vielen, bequemen Liegen. Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der auf Rhodos Urlaub machen möchte. Von Faliraki aus können sämtliche Hotspots (Rhodos City, Lindos etc.) schnell erreicht werden.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich super, die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt täglich, wobei der Boden oder Staub nicht wirklich gewischt wird. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem glücklich. Personal ist wirklich super freundlich, ausnahmslos. Strand ist Geschmacksache, uns hat er nicht so sehr gefallen. Essen war gut, zu empfehlen sind die A la Carte Restaurants. Rhodos Altstadt muss man gesehen haben, einfach traumhaft schön.

Meerblick, All inclusive --> alles super
Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Im beeindruckenden Eingangsbereich wurden wir gleich von mehreren Mitarbeiter zum Check-In begrüsst. Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Buffet-Restaurant mit schöner Auswahl, wir haben trotzdem lieber die Themen-Restaurants genutzt (italienisch war am besten). Schöne Pools mit Palmen und Wiese und daneben der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Sonnenliegen mit Schirm waren auch dort kostenlos und Barservice am Platz. Wir waren schon auf Kreta in einem Mitsis-Hotel und hatten uns deshalb wieder für diese Kette entschieden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Menschen die in diesem Hotel arbeiten waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Woche war sehr entspannend. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Das einzige "Negative" waren nur die ein bisschen zu harten Matratzen.

Wir waren 9 Tage im Mitsis Falikari und in diesem Hotel es nichts zu bemägeln. Der Service ist perfekt, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sauber und wunderschön. Die Lage ist top, zwei Minuten zum Zentrum mit Bars, Restaurant und Unterhaltung. Das Management macht hier einen wunderbaren Job. Wir hatten alles was wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal und dem ganzen Management.

Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet. Der Strand war gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das All Inclusive Angebot war jedoch alles andere als gut. Das Essen war täglich das gleiche und vom Wareneinsatz nicht eines 5 Sterne Hotel würdig. Fast alles war verkocht, Fleisch zäh und Fisch geschmacklos, Leber so hart, dass sie nahezu ungenießbar war. Das Frühstück war gut mit frischem Obst und frisch zubereitetem Omelette. Es fehlte auch hier an Abwechslung. Wer Lachs oder dergleichen erwartete, wurde leider enttäuscht. Das gesamte Angebot an Essen entsprach in keiner Weise einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Es war sehr sehr sauber und es wurde ständig geputzt, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Was nicht so schön war, ist dass man für das a la carte essen ein Tag vorher den Tisch reservieren musste und das konnte man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Der Manager hat uns hier immer weitergeholfen wenn wir Probleme hatten. An sich war Mitsis eine sehr gute Entscheidung und empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist der Kantine/ Buffet ist aber nicht gut gewesen!

Zimmer zu klein, Kleiderschrank zu klein, keine Kleidergardeobe-ablage im Zimmer. Im Bad,WC kein Abzug Feuchtigkeit und Gerüche müssen durch das Zimmer abgezogen werden, ein absolutes NO GO.

Fabelhafte Ferien im Mitsis Beach Hotel Faliraki
Wir waren mit der Familie 12 Tage im Mitsis Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr geflegt und liegt ca. 50 Meter vom Strand-Meer entfernt. Das Personal ist bemüht alle Wünsche von den Gästen zu erfüllen und ist sehr freundlich. Das Animationteam hält die Gäste immer in guter Laune und bietet diverse Aktivitäten an. Das Zentrum vom Faliraki ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Super Hotel an einer traumhaften Lage
Das Hotel sieht super aus, egal ob von Außen oder Innen. Meerblick ist auch wie eingehalten. Die Lage am Strand und direkt im Ortszentrum hat uns auch sehr begeistert. 2 min zum Ortszentrum und man findet Clubs, Bars, Restaurants etc. Das Essen hat uns auch sehr gefallen, nicht nur das Buffet ist inklusive, auch die Restaurants a la cart waren der Hammer. Man muss vorher Plätze reservieren aber es ist alles kostenlos. Das Essen war wirklich prima! An den Bars kann man sich non stop Cocktails, Bier oder Softdrinks holen und Snacks wie Crêpes, Sandwiches und Eis. Aktivitäten gab es mittags und abends um die Gäste zu unterhalten. Es ist ein idealer Ort für Familien und für uns als päärchen hat es auch Mega gefallen! Service war auch top!

Wir waren in der letzen Oktoberwoche im Hotel. Das Hotel schliesst am 01.11.. der Service war super, das Essen hervorragend und die Lage ist auch bestens. Die 6 Restaurants sorgten für Abwechslung. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die kostenlose Minibar würde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Man merkte zu lieben Zeitpunkt das Saisonende ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gross, der sehr schöne Strand liegt dirket vor der Tür und dir für Kinder sehr gut geeignet, da er sehr flach ist. Insgesamt einfach nur super

Hotel is old and worn out. Beach is terrible.
Everything is kind of old and a bit messy. Room cleaning service is very slow (the room might not be cleaned before 17:00). In our case it has been cleaned once in two days for the most part. A lot of things (lights, shower, door locks) are simply broken. The food was ok, however, we would wish more sea food and fruits. Animation was there but hardly noticeable. Kids club was ok. All of the above downsides could be easily forgiven if not for the beach - it was terrible. Extremely dirty - I have never seen anything even close to that in my life. The sea bottom itself is covered with trash. We had to rent a car and be driving to nearby bays every day - otherwise we wouldn’t have any beach time at all.

Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung!
Das Hotel und die Anlage haben es geschafft allen Altersgruppen gerecht zu werden. Familien mit Kindern (klein/groß), aber auch Paare ohne Kinder, so wie wir, haben ihren Platz gefunden. Das freundliche Personal ist dem internationalen Publikum gerecht geworden. Das abendliche Unterhaltungsprogramm war sehr anspruchsvoll und abwechslungsreich. Vielleicht hätte auch nur seichte griechische Unterhaltungs- und Tanzmusik gereicht.

Stayed July 23 can’t fault the staff or hotel but sadly both teenage boys caught food poisoning from eating chicken burgers at the a la Carrie restaurant half way through our holiday. They were so so ill they were admitted to hospital and put on drips The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning as they had blood and stool tests which cost us £3000 plus new flights as we couldn’t travel home. That money we got back from insurance but not the holiday cost or the pain the boys went through. I did tell Expedia but they weren’t interested. So I’m afraid I will not be booking with them again or staying at the Mitsis Faliraki ever again

Great place to spend a week in the height of summer! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. During the wildfires around 500 people were evacuated to our hotel, and staff dealt with this amazingly well making sure that everyone were looked after. They ensures food and drinks were available to all and when evacuees left, the hotel was quickly back to its usual standard. Food was lovely and plentiful, plenty of alcohol available and overall this has been a wonderful holiday despite the current wildfire situation. Best wishes to all the affected and evacuees!

Hotel was spotless, staff lovely and very friendly. Only a few mins walk into shops, bars etc. Food was ok but definitely room for improvement. In the buffet restaurant sometimes the trays were empty, long queues. Al a carted, great choice but qualify of the food wasn’t great.

A definite gem in Rhodes
This is a well-run busy hotel, well worth of its 5-star rating. Staff are extremely polite, happy to see you and always helpful. The hotel areas are big enough and very clean inside and outside in the paved areas. I think the bars are open from the morning till late, 1.30 am. Food is primarily available all day and night. During the busy season, the hotel has a serious shortage problem of wooden sun loungers placed around the three pools. They also allow guests to reserve them from the early hours, so unless you get up at 6 am, you won't find one and you'll be forced to use the other inferior ones on the grass that is full of mosquitos or the ones on the beach. When mentioned, the management was quick to offer a solution. We were pleasantly surprised when each day snacks and wine on the ice were served in the room. The room bar is stocked up daily. The towels in the room could do with a makeover, they've seen better days. On one day, there's unnecessary noise from cleaning and grass-cutting machinery, work that could be done at night. The food is a mix of Greek and international cuisine, mostly good and available 24 hours a day. The restaurant runs efficiently and has plenty of nice fresh food. Panayiotis the outdoor restaurant waiter was extremely efficient, couldn't do enough for us, was ahead of his game all the time, provided top-class service and made a nice dining experience. Dimitris, the restaurant manager, open the fish and served it to us, a very kind gesture.

Personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Il y a du choix au buffet. Propreté à l'extérieur. Belles piscines, plage à côté avec des transats très confortables. Chambre assez grande par contre le ménage dans la salle de bain n'a pas été effectuée tous les jours malgré les réclamations auprès du service client et réception. Les femmes de chambres sont très bruyantes dans les couloirs à partir de 8h du matin.

Bästa hotellet!!! Jättefint poolområde, gott om jättebra personal, bra service, härlig strand, jättebra att bada där. I had an amazing stay and experience at the Mitsis Failiraki Beach Hotel and Spa for the following reasons : 1. Being customer service! The staff is super welcoming,friendly,kind, and overall they will do any and everything to treat you like family and take care of you. Staying at this resort, we never had to worry about an unfriendly face or planning excursions that were out of budget. The front desk staff are an absolute delight. After almost 15 hours spent on a plane, it was so refreshing to see their smiling faces as we promptly and efficiently were checked in and taken to our room while the hotel porter transported our luggage to our rooms. Like I said every single staff member is so friendly it’s such a warm and welcoming environment! A special shout out to the Concierge Stergos! He’s so professional, accommodating, and friendly. He helped us plan reasonably priced excursions last minute as it was our first time in Rhodes, Greece.He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable and honestly we would come back to this resort just for the staff! Next outstanding mention is to Marietta, the shopkeeper in the hotel gift shop! She is genuinely such a kind and sweet person. She assists with finding anything you need. I remember the first day we arrived we realized we forgot sunscreen and we needed nasal spray. We were so worried we would have to go outside of the resort our first day to spend time searching for both these items but the hotel gift shop is basically a

Really lovely hotel, the staff we're very friendly and always helpful. Welcome towels and drinks were a great touch. I thought the rooms were lovely but very tired. Great amenities, free in room safe, air con, etc. The entertainment was ok but didn't blow me away. To make it even better I would like to see updated rooms, another option for lunch other than main restaurant or creperie (maybe pizza/gyros by the pool?) and more options for food at the main restaurant. Food was good quality though. Pool areas were lovely and great location/proximity to the beach. Loved our private pool room.

This hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes was fantastic! It is well laid out, with plenty of space to chill either by the beach or by the pool. The food and drinks available at this hotel were wonderful, and there were loads of options. The location of the hotel is well located within Faliraki which has a lot of shops and bars, with fairly easy transport links to Rhodes Town. We ended up with a room with a private pool, which was a nice surprise upgrade from the hotel. It was a comfy room and was spacious. I would say the one thing which made this hotel stand out to us was the staff, who went on to remember our names and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was great. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rhodes!

Misleading advertised photos. Rooms and views are NOT what’s being advertised. Very sad The hotel has no direct sea views as there’s is another building in front of it. The rooms are outdated and has a very small balcony with solid block walls. Nothing like the picture for the room we selected which stated partial sea view. There was noooo sea in the view 😖. We ended up leaving the hotel the same day and we went to the fabulous Sheraton on the other side of the island
