Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel grounds are vast and beautifully designed, offering a range of amenities including a minimarket, a glasses shop, a spa area, various restaurants, and 2 pools. However, what truly stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff. AL, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The entire team was upbeat and welcoming; I'll miss many of them as they've truly become dear to me. ❤️ One minor issue was the drainage in the bathroom. Although all rooms were newly renovated, there was a problem with the toilet flush, causing water to not drain properly. However, the problem was promptly resolved by the friendly staff, and as a gesture of apology, we were given an even nicer room. I found this gesture very kind. The food was excellent, with a wide selection available at the buffet. The hotel's location is very peaceful, and having rented a car for 11 days, we had no trouble getting anywhere we wanted. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, as I had a truly wonderful experience here.
