We would like to inform you as we have already told you during your stay in our hotel that the problem was not ours but the electricity company's which because of the extremely heat could not support the power of electricity in our hotel.All our air conditioning equipment have been serviced and checked on 5th July and we have got a written notice for all these.As of course you saw ,our hotel has got a lot of facilities like restaurants, spa beach bar and pool bar and they all worked normally.We mention this because there was not anything we could do about the air condition as it was not our problem.

The problem with the air condition, as we have already informed you during your stay was not the hotel's but the electricity company's problem, which with this extremely heat could not support the power and we had contant blackouts.All the facilities in our hotel work properly like restaurants, spa ,pool bar beach bar so the A/C was not our problem
