We apologize for the issue with the wifi, which is fixed now and working great! We know how important it is to guests, but unfortunately, things like this happen but we always do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Hello Paul, We apologize if the bed was uncomfortable as our mattresses are new and may be quite hard for some guests. I especially would like to apologize if the bathroom wasn't clean enough, as it is something we are very careful about. I will definitely be more cautious with the cleaning as it is of utmost importance. We wish you a great summer.
