Tolles hotel in ruhiger lage
Anlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Liegt etwas abseits, man braucht schon ein auto. Bus fährt auch vor der tür ab. Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich und eher eintönig aber der rest war top! Zwei strände in der nähe. Würden es weiterempfehlen

Uns hat alles sehr gefallen, der Pool, der Service, das Frühstück ... Einzig der Kaffee zum Frühstück war nicht so gut und Cappuccino gab es nur gegen Aufpreis.

Ich kann dieses Hotel und Naxos selbst jedem sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Super Pool, mit himmlischen Betten zum entspannen. :) Traumhafte Strände und Tavernen in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber trotzdem ist ein Mietauto sehr zu empfehlen!

Vorweg: das Hotel an sich ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr gut in Schuss. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück lecker (Speisen gut - jedoch sehr magere Auswahl, dies könnte deutlich mehr sein!). Wir hatten das Hotel für 13 Tage gebucht und im Voraus bereits bezahlt. Am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir informiert, dass das Hotel am 7. Tag schließen würde und wir somit abreisen müssten. Wir waren wie vor den Kopf gestoßen und empfinden diese Behandlung immer noch als eine Riesen-Frechheit! Es kann nicht sein, dass sich ein Hotel im Nachhinein entschließt, die Gäste hinauszuwerfen! Vor allem die Alternative, die uns das Hotel anbot, war absolut nicht akzeptabel (das angebotene Hotel war in keinster Weise mit dem Finikas vergleichbar). Wir haben uns dann auf eigene Faust ein anderes Hotel gesucht und sind dann notgedrungen am 7. Tag dorthin umgezogen. Das Zimmer dort wurde letztendlich vom Finikas bezahlt - das ist das einzige, was man dem Management zu Gute halten muss! Trotzdem: unser Urlaub war nicht so, wie wir ihn geplant hatten - es waren 13 Tage im Finikas gebucht und ehrlich gesagt war dies unsere Nummer 1, weswegen wir überhaupt nach Naxos gekommen waren. Vorab hat uns kein anderes Hotel zugesagt. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub somit nicht mehr voll genießen, da das Ersatzhotel zwar gut war, aber die Lage absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. So sollte man mit seinen Gästen nicht umgehen!

Wonderful hotel to escape the crowded beaches and town of Naxos. Very peaceful, beautiful beach in front of the hotel with walking to other beaches. Hotel breakfast is very nice and the restaurant/ breakfast seating area has a great view. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place to escape and relax.

Most of the staff were very young and inexperienced, and at times stressed. Appreciate that we all have to learn jobs but there didn’t seem to be any management around to guide them. Our room was fine but the bathroom could do with updating and only a hand held shower. A couple of other small gripes. Wifi was non existent in the rooms and the pool was salt water when the beach was 20 odd meters away. Didn’t see the point.

Great place to stay for Naxos getaway!
We had an amazing 8 day stay here. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms and grounds were cleaned daily. Views were beautiful. Location was far enough away from rest of island that it didn't feel overly crowded and touristy, even though it was easy to get to. Would absolutely choose this place again to stay!

Hotel très bien tenu, un peu d'attente certains jours au restaurant et les menus pourraient varier un peu plus. Personnel aimable, mais pas toujours réactif. Un problème avec l'eau de la piscine qui a décoloré tous nos maillots de bain, sans qu'aucune proposition commerciale de remboursement ou assurance ne soient proposée par l'hôtel ... quand ca impacte toute la famille, ca commence à chiffrer quand vous mettez tous vos maillots de bain à la poubelle après 10 jours de piscine ! et nous avons été plusieurs famille dans le même cas.

We loved our 5 night stay here. We had the 2nd best room there- the top level 2 bd. W/huge terrace and hot tub. The unit directly below us had better shade and an infinity plunge pool- next time we would stay there. The only downside was a lack of door latches to keep the doors open to let the breeze in, so they kept slamming closed. We used various furniture items to help with this but it’s an easy fix. One other thing to note is that although there is a full kitchen there are no utensils or plates/cups- which didn’t matter to us as we never intended to cook anything but it was strange to see that. Also no coffee maker so you have to get that from the on site restaurant- which had a fantastic breakfast buffet with the nicest servers. Lunch and dinner however were just OK- better to eat elsewhere close by. The highlight service was was the lovely and sweet Eva at reception- she went above and beyond with helping us with every detail and is such an asset to this hotel she deserves accolades- and a raise !

Struttura di dimensioni limitate gestita con la professionalità di un hotel di catena internazionale. Situata in posizione isolata all'interno di una zona protetta, fronte spiaggia (non la migliore dell'isola ma con acqua cristallina), con piscina molto ben tenuta e lettini e ombrelloni sempre disponibili. Ottimo ristorante con piatti locali e internazionali. Camera ampia con terrazza e vista, bagno classico da ammodernare (doccia da chiudere con vetro), housekeeping da perfezionare ma comunque buono. Auto a noleggio consigliata.

The hotel is a bit far from the town, but on a beautiful setting with nice restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and drove us to nearby beach since the bus did not run often due to COVID-19 and reduced tourists.

De kleinste kamer is een executive kamer. Daar verwacht je dan wel wat van: helaas, net iets groter dan een bezemkast. Boek een hogere klasse kamer als je niet teleurgesteld wilt worden in het formaat van je kamer. Junior suite is wat ons betreft normaal formaat kamer. Let bij check in wel op formaat douche: bij onze junior suite kon je niet normaal douchen: douchegordijn plakt aan je vast of hele (kleine) badkamer nat. Receptiepersoneel kan niet met kritiek omgaan. Jammer.

Friendliest staff I've ever meet at any hotel. The pool was very nice and relaxing. Amazing views and the beach was very close also. A little far of a drive from the port of Naxos, but a bus stop is right outside the hotel and it is easy to take back to town.

A beautiful place to stay.
We stayed at Finikas hotel for part of our Honeymoon trip. It was so beautiful and the staff was incredible. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and so green. I really would love to come back and stay there again soon. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious. Wonderful experience all around.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet, unspoilt location
Modern, clean and well run hotel at the quiet, southwest of the island. We stayed in a room with outdoor jacuzzi which had a great view of the sea, only problem it was next to the reception so noisy with lots of people coming and going. Not a great beach at this location but free sun beds and the sunset was pretty. Nice pool area. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the staff were friendly. Not so much choice for lunch/dinner. We stated early June when the local buses were not running to this part of the island so we hired a car which was great for exploring the island and the beautiful beaches at Plaka and Mikri Vigla nearby. Also recommend Faros restaurant a 5 min drive away for lunch or dinner.

Un hotel maravilloso
El hotel esta a media hora de naxos centro y se puede llegar perfectamenete en autobus ya que hay una parada enfrente del hotel. El hotel esta muy cuidado y las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias y muy comodas. El personal era muy atento y amable. El desayuno estaba muy bien, y la piscina tambien. Nos gusto mucho la experencis y repitiriamos 100%.

A Nightmare in the middle of nowhere
The photos of this place are misleading and it is NOT a beachhotel. It is located in the middle of nowhere, at the otherend of the Island. A quiet trafficked dirtroad runs in front between hotel and beach. The beach is useless, waters are shallow and its full of rocks. There is no village, no restaurants (you would want to eat i ) except the one at the hotel, and that one is not good. A hugge disappointment, when you spend that kind of money for a family vacation and changes cannot be made. This is the first time I ha e felt that hotels.com has let me down....but big time.

It's a very nice hotel right on the beach.
Everything about the hotel was great. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is excellent, everyone was super nice and very courteous, they go out of their way to accommodate all your requests and provide excellent service.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was excellent. We had an ant problem in kitchen of our unit and the staff addressed it right away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Naxos beach views gorgeous. A bit quiet in the area around the resort which we loved! We walked with our 2 teenage daughters to a restaurant down the road. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Lovely comfortable, clean and well maintained rooms. Good size pool with very comfortable sunbeds, clean towels were provided for use at pool. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, went out oif their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Would recommend for a quiet and relaxing holiday. As the hotel is a bit remote would advise car hire. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay very enjoyable

Great hotel on a quiet beach
We arrived at our hotel, were pleasantly surprised by an upgraded room, and continued to have our every need taken care of by the friendly, attentive staff. The rooms are very clean and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. If you want to spend time in town, a rental car is recommended. But one could also be quite happy staying at the hotel and relaxing at the quiet beaches that surround it. Highly recommend!

Vacation
The location is perfect if you want quiet and relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The breakfast included is fresh and has plenty of options. The beach while rocky is quiet and there are plenty of beaches very close that are quiet as well. If you want to do anything, you will need a car but that was fine with us. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they really go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay for all. We stayed with a 5 year old, and he had a great time too. We will be back next year.

Good Hotel right on the beach
Great location - on the beach (just across the street). Large pool, a beautiful tree with flowers as on the pics. Breakfast ok, service is close to good hotel standards (friendly but a bit impersonal). Close to many good restaurants like Faros and Axiotissa. I would recommend to the hotel to add some "little special things" that would give it a bit more of a Naxian flavor (little candy treats, local liquor or fruits in the room) - which would make it even more special to its guests. Overall good hotel on the beach close to Aluko beach and Pyrgaki.

An Oasis in Naxos
A very relaxing hotel, with a sea Pool and The best of all in a very isolated area surrounded by little not organized beaches you can Wallk to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a bit slow serving the orders but all the crew is very nice. We spent a few really special days. I hope we can come back soon.
