Top Hotel Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Altstadt von Chania ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Das ist eigentlich nur 16 m^2 und nicht 32 wie im Prospekt angeben groß. 16 m^2 sind Aussenbereich. Das Waschbecken ist nicht wie üblich im Bad, sondern in der Raummitte. Durch die ungeschickte Raumaufteilung geht der Zimmerkomfort verloren.

Regarding the size of the room, please be kindly advised that 32 m^2 is the size of the space that is offered at your private disposal (includes the indoors and the outdoors space). Also, we feel it is important to mention, as Autograph Collection property, we offer our guests a unique room layout experience, something that differs from traditional and something that we widely advertise. Der Anfang verlief etwas schleppend. Unsere Zimmerkategorie stand zuerst nicht zur Verfügung, aber wir fanden letztendlich eine Lösung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert.

Tolles Hotel!
Es gibt nur positives!!. Aber man muss es mögen, dass den ganzen Tag Musik läuft. Nur am kleineren Pool ist keine (Quiet zone). Das sollte man auch bei der Zimmerwahl beachten. Wir durften das Zimmer wechseln und haben sogar ein upgrade bekommen :-)

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, nicht die übliche Raumaufteilung, zwei Pools - einer ist Ruhezone bei anderen wird chillige Hintergrundmusik gespielt, trotz der vielen Leute hat sich alles verlaufen, direkt am Strand - sehr sauberes Meer, Standservice, Personal hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr authentisch, Preis - Leistung passt auf alle Fälle, in der Nähe verschiedene Restaurants, das perfekte Hotel für einen Urlaub zum Entspannen und "es sich GUT gehen lassen".

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property, beach and room was really nice. The only negative is the charge for using the sauna. It was very expensive to use and most hotels do not charge for the use of sauna.

Great stay in Domes Noruz Chania
From start to end this was a great stay. We have seen many hotels all over the world in different categories but this was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Staff very friendly and pro-active. Food in restaurants great. Spa treatments top. Design and lay-out of the hotel also very nice. Always enough sun loungers and sun towels available. Always enough staff available. Clean. And I can go on and on. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to the Chania area.

My husband and I loved our stay at Domes Noruz Chania. The staff was genuinely nice, the property was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our private mini pool. The property isn’t too large so it felt fairly private and it still had a few different dining options. Our favorite dining spot was the sushi spot by the pool. Great place to watch the sunset. The complementary parking and plenty of water was also a nice touch. The only thing we would have liked to be different was the volume of the music by the main pool and the dining areas. The music was pretty good, it was just way too loud. So we mostly hung out by the quiet pool or on the beach which was perfect for us

Very nice and warm welcome received from the staff who are always smiling and willing to help and support you, also very knowledgeable and professional, got the right answers and support when i needed it! The only reason for not giving 5 star for the area around the property, which is actually not their fault, is that narrow, noisy, full off cars street which takes you to the main road. Other thank that I just want to express once again my gratitude to the entire staff, for sure I will come back some other time!

Accommodations, room, quality, and staff were excellent. The services at the spa really good, the amenities in the spa need to be improved. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the dining was excellent in the hotel restaurant and the Raw bar at the pool. The craft cocktail list is exquisite.

The best resort that we could have asked for. This was a dream vacation in a dream property. The property’s beach and pool accommodations made for some relaxing days. The concierge staff greeted us with kindness and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. Everything from our room (complete with a plunge pool and beach view) to the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Would give this a 10/10.

This hotel is fabulous! We felt like rock stars during our stay! The property is beautiful and right on the beach with a spectacular view. We had a junior suite with our own plunge pool and Jacuzzi tub in our room's courtyard. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools with cushiony lounge chairs and small tables with a button to push if you want to order/need anything! See what I mean when I say we felt like rock stars? The shower was huge. There was a cute mini fridge stocked with a few cold sodas, etc. That was a nice perk. The staff absolutely doted on us-always asking if we needed anything. The only thing that would have made our stay better was to stay longer!
