Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Ideal für Kos Stadt, aber auch Strandnähe. Auto nicht unbedingt erforderlich, Fahrradverleih 400m entfernt kostet die Woche 30 Tacken. Großer Pool, schöne Bar, Parkplatz auf dem Hof für umme.

Hotel rénové, joli et propre. Pas trop loin du centre de Kos (25 mn à pieds). Le personnel est accueillant, petit déjeuner bien garni, restaurant gastronomique. Seuls bémols: lit pas très confortable (matelas mou, sommier dur, craquant à chaque mouvement), la demi-pension n'inclut aucune boisson même soft (eau facturée).

We had a lovely week in Kos Town, The hotel is on the outskirts of the main town so lovely and quiet and a short 15 minute gentle walk into the harbour where there are lots of restaurant options. The staff are excellent, welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Housekeeping is great with services each day. Pool area is nice - comfy loungers and pool towels provided which you can swap as frequently as you like. Lovely relaxing spot.

Little gem in Kos.
Beautiful, well run hotel. Very clean, great pool and even better breakfast! Although not on a main thoroughfare only 15 minute walk into the centre of Kos town. Rooms were compact but well equipped with a welcome bottle of wine and nice glasses too. Overall a top stay.

The place to be !
Hôtel très agréable, décoration soignée et design. Belle piscine. Le staff est prévenant et professionnel. La chambre était bien équipée, propre, agréable et au calme. Bon petit déjeuner complet. Je conseille vivement cet établissement havre de paix à quelques minutes à pied de Kos Town.

This hotel is one of the best if not the best. It is right next to the beach, so you get amazing sea view. It is one the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The food is also amazing. The chefs there do “Michelin level” work. The staff is very friendly and highly respectful. Don’t even consider the other more expensive alternatives, just go there you will love your life!!!

While I have no complaints regarding hotel staff and amenities (except for the AC and shower), I have a major issue with their business practice. I initially booked their less expensive boutique hotel, then I received an email indicating it is closed and they are “upgrading” me to the deluxe hotel. But guess what, everything costs double there. Then I realize that they actually keep the boutique hotel (less expensive) active in Expedia. Unfortunately I fell into the trap again thinking that it is open. Not really. They automatically only included breakfast only. Guess how much is dinner: £45! Be careful. I don’t like their business practice. This really turned me off and will probably never come back. Shame for such a nice environment.

Dear Guest, It is very disappointing to read comments that are false accusations. Firstly, as you were never a guest at Diamond Boutique, how do you know what the prices are at Diamond Boutique, to stipulate that everything is double. Secondly, your first booking which you had made was through Expedia for Diamond Boutique was on HB Basis. We notified you well in advance, of the current difficulties the tourist industry is facing, however in your response you were overwhelmed to be upgraded to our 5* property. On your last day at Diamond Deluxe, you approached the reception staff and asked to extend your stay. We gave you a price, however you became "cheeky" and rebooked Diamond Boutique at the cheaper rate, knowing that you would remain at Diamond Deluxe Hotel. Unfortunately when you made your second booking you did not book the half board basis, but only bed and breakfast,(we did not accidently change your booking, you entered it incorrectly) and yes a 5 course a la carte dinner at a 5* hotel at 35euro, is very well priced when one is aware of 5* hotels. Would our business practice have been better to reallocate you to a 4* hotel and not a 5*????? Regards, Management

We liked the size of the hotel - only 44 rooms which meant that you got to know the staff quite well all of whom were very friendly and took great care of us. It was in a quiet location but only 15 minute walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and shops. The sunbeds were very comfortable and during the last week in September no problem in find a free one in either the sun or the shade, only slight issue was that at that time of year water was quite cold even though air temperature was 30 degrees. Lovely buffet breakfast. Evening meal was buffet style which was nice with lots of choice but we only ate there once preferring a walk into town in the evening after a lazy day around the pool.

WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills.

This was the perfect place to get away and explore Kos. The hotel was lovely and felt like there was lots of space between rooms. The outside spaces were lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was very nice - we didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evenings, but we heard that too was excellent. We were able to hire bikes for the week at the end of the street which was a lovely way to explore the island and find taverna’s which were more hidden. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Heel mooi hotel
Zeer goed hotel en heel vriendelijk personeel. Zouden zo teruggaan. Het enige minpuntje is dat het vrij achteraf ligt maar als je een fiets huurt sta je in 5 min midden in het centrum of bij een strandje.
