Schöne Unterkunft vorallem für Leute im Alter zwischen 18 und 30. Das Angebot an Abendveranstaltungen ist sehr gut von DJ bis Live Sängerin. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, an der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte neu silikoniert werden, Dusche leider sehr klein. Sie liegen am Pool waren teilweise um 8 Uhr früh bereits alle reserviert, eventuell hier etwas dagegen unternehmen. Die Stimmung am Pool ist sehr entspannt, wenn man eine Liege bekommen hat ;) Frühstück hat gepasst, könnten mehr griechische Speisen angeboten werden. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel, hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

mittelklasse Hotel mit viel Potenzial nach oben
Das Hotel ist sehr modern und eher schlicht eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist super da alles in der Nähe ist : Bus - Supermarkt -Restaurants- Strand - Bars... man ist mittendrin. Die Gäste sind hauptsächlich jugendliche. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Leider war die Sauberkeit der Zimmer katastrophal. Die Putzfrau hat nie richtig sauber gemacht. Der Boden war immer voller Sand trotz Reinigung- Haare hinter der Tür wurden 10 Tage lang nicht weggemacht, Bettlaken fast nie gewechselt. Einmal ist ausversehen Kakao aufs Laken gekleckert und nichtmal das wurde gewechselt am nächsten Tag! Die Duschkabinentür konnte man nicht richtig schliessen sodass das Bad immer unter Wasser stand nach dem duschen. Insgesamt war die Dusche viel zu eng und die Duschkabinentür wurde nicht einmal gereinigt während dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Dreckige Messer wurden auch nicht mitgenommen usw... Das Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und wirkte bedrückend durch die fehlende Beleuchtung (nur Lampen die nach unten schauen keine Deckenbeleuchtung),kein Ganzkörperspiegel, sehr viel staub unter Bett. Das Frühstück war lecker nur fanden wir das Konzept sehr umständlich für alles was man konsumiert sein band an den Scanner zu halten. Vieles kostet sogar extra! Sogar Müsli oder Croissants , Joghurt,Nutella alles musste man extra bestellen-man konnte sich selbst nichts nehmen!Die Dame bei den Pancakes war sehr lustlos und unfreundlich, sodass man sich kaum traute zu ihr zugehn.

We have many different room types that you might have liked more than the one that you stayed. Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, I would like to inform you about our hotel’s housekeeping policy. We replace used towels every second day and bed sheets every three days. Of course, if there is any stain on the bed sheets and towels or they are placed on the floor, we replace them immediately. Also, part of our policy is that the housekeeping supervisor checks the rooms every day. The manager discussed about your complaint with the housekeeping supervisor, but she did not know anything about that and she also said that you never informed her or anyone at the reception. We would like to sincerely apologize for your room hygiene but we would like to add that some improvement measures have already been taken, such as: the consultation with the housekeeping team. These circumstances are certainly not the standard for which we stand and aim for a hotel. Moreover, about the bracelet, this is a main feature of the Cook’s Club concept and we are surprised that you did not like, since most of our guests find this exciting and unique so far. Once again, we would like to thank you for being our guest and hope that you give us another opportunity to convince you 100% of us, because that is our goal! Cooles Hotel in Strandnähe. Jedoch, ein paar Minuspunkte - Früstuck könnte besser sein, das Service und das ganze Hotelteam wirkt ein bisschen verwirrt und desorientiert, fehlende Professionalität und die Musik muss ja nicht die ganze Zeit von morgens bis abends spielen. Nichtdestotrotz, super Poolbereich, tolle Cocktails und sehr gute Lage!

Von aussen fast Unsichtbare Hotel.
Personal top. Das Hotel ist sehr geeignet für Junge Menschen aber ältere sind auch willkommen. Montag Kino, Mittwoch Disco, Freitag Latino, Samstag Grillen. Kantine ist ein wenig kompliziert aber gutes Essen. Mit dem Linienbus kann man überall günstig fahren. Fährt fast jeder 15 min. Die Geschäfte sind sehr vielfältig. Gutes Essen bekommt man nicht überall. Leider Umweltbewusstsein ist ein Fremdwort für die Insel. Sehr viel verkehr auf die Strassen und laut, aber im Hotel hört sehr wenig.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is in a very busy, touristy area, but the hotel itself is serene and beautiful. We had an awesome stay. We loved the spa, and there was a waitress (she’s the one most often working the bar, she has long brown hair and braves) who is SO sweet. She made our whole trip with her attentiveness and kindness. We would be back if we went back to Crete.

Hotel great but overall experience not so good
The hotel experience was overall very good. I was however very disappointed to discover on arrival that there was a local lock down in place and therefore the experience I had read about and was expecting was not achievable. The hotel description stated "Spend the day chilling on the large poolside sunbeds while our DJs blast blissed-out beach tunes". However, to my surprise when I arrived there was no music allowed to be played due to lock down provisions and overall the holiday was subdued as all the bars/restaurants (especially the beach side ones which are notorious for a great atmosphere) were non-existent. I strongly believe the hotel or hotels.com should have specifically mentioned that a local lock down was in operation and the implications thereon.

Food: Breakfast 4/10 Lunch & Dinner 8.5/10 Breakfast quickly became boring, much of the food was left for a while and the selection was not very exciting especially if you were staying 10 nights like we did. Lunch & Dinner were excellent, the prices were very cheap considering the quality and portion size. Although we were only bed and breakfast we ate lunch & dinner frequently and felt good value for money. Drinks were great, cocktails fantastic and the bar team were helpful. Hotel Manager was outstanding, very helpful and attentive. Reception staff were pretty bad, didn't take concerns properly and on our departure we left a jacket in the room, the reception team said the cleaners would be going in there to find it. After 5 hours they still hadn't checked and we had to leave to catch our flight! Cleaners were inconsistent, each team did the room differently which was quite annoying.

Great hotel with great pool and food!
We really loved this hotel. The staff was great and they have great food you can buy during the day. The pool is lovely. Good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. We will defiantly come again! The only thing I didn't like was that the beds are 2 single beds connected (I prefer a double bed) but we understood that most of the rooms are like this- so that's part of this the hotel- and it is not so bad.

10/10 staff, they make you feel very welcomed right from the beginning. Beautiful pool, great breakfast and great drinks! Very close to main Hersonissos strip where you can find lots of great restaurants and nightlife. The Cook's Club app which you can download at check-in, is very convenient as you don't have to carry your wallet around while at the resort. Will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is geared towards college crowd. Large rooms, great for groups and party crowds, but not ideal if you are looking for a more relaxed vacation. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, just not for everyone.

Nieuw hotel met ruime moderne kamers. Het ontbijt is wel een minpunt qua keuze. Ook heel verwarrend omdat ze met bordjes werken die zeggen of het inbegrepen is voor "bed & breakfast" of "half-board". Als je complete rust wilt moet je wel een ander hotel kiezen omdat het eigenlijk een jongerenhotel is met een DJ aan het zwembad.

Hotel accueillant plage trop de rocher
Hotel neuf donc sa va le point négatif petit déjeuner nul on peut pas se servir tout seul la personnes nous sert pour tout combien de croissants combien de confiture le lait est froid et en plus on peut pas le chauffer il y a pas de four micro-ondes dans la salle c'est la première fois que je vois ça pas beaucoup de choix d'ailleurs on y a été que le premier jour après on déjeuner dans notre chambre Expedia m'avait conseillé cet hôtel car j'avais demandé proche d'une plage mais la plage la plus proche on peut pas se baigner il y a que des rochers il faut aller plus loin pour avoir des minuscules petites plages avec du sable je n'ai jamais été déçu d'Expedia c'est la quatrième fois je réserve chez eux mais là pour la Crète j'ai été un peu déçu

So far most of our guests like it a lot because is something new and different. Fabulous stay
Just home from staying here for a week! Perfect location with just a 5 minute walk to the main strip and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool area which was kept very clean. Rooms were clean too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a set menu - something new to me, but it was nice and worked well :) I would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing new, cool and stylish hotel
Hotel its just amazing, we could stay in there whole stay :) Lets start with the room- it was with balcony, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Food - excellent, I mean - freshly baked croissants, selection of eggs, you can even get eggs Benedicts, delicious salads, burgers or pizza and also greek specialities. Pool - it has the atmosphere- DJ playing music, nice cocktails and during the evening you feel like in outdoor cinema Staff- receptions, waiters, cooks, chef, PR to director-all of them nice people, always smiling and helpful. You can walk to the beach within 3-4 minutes. I would really recommend this hotel. Enjoy your stay!
