We booked this hotel because it was Pet friendly, but we were told at the front desk that they didn’t accept Pet! We were able to stay. The restaurant food was not very good. We ate in town. The pool was great!

The hotel asked me for a copy of the hotel voucher so they could bill Expedia. They said that their contract with Expedia requires this. This was the first time this has ever happened nor was I warned by Expedia that this would be necessary at this property. I am not a party to the Continental Palace's contract with Expedia; I have no obligations under it. Nevertheless, I took the time to provide them with a copy of the voucher so they could get paid by Expedia. I wish I had not booked it through Expedia, and I wish I had not used up my Expedia points to pay for it.

Goed en gezellig hotel.
Een goed verblijf, in ietwat gedateerd hotel maar wel goede kamers. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie, het eten kan soms iets beter.

l'hotel si trova a 15 minuti a piedi (lungo la bella marina) dal centro di Kos. davanti c'e' una bella spiaggia, e a pochi passi tutti i comforts (noleggio auto/scooters/bici, agenzie-viaggi, supermarkets, ristorantini...). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, bella piscina con angolo-idromassaggio e bar-ristorante all'aperto per pranzi, snacks e aperitivi. Colazione abbondante e molto varia. belle camere luminose e spaziose.

Deniz kenarında, sakin ve rahat bir tatil için
Otel 4 yıldız standardına uygun. Şehrin hemen kenarında. Bu kolay ulaşımın yanında, merkezin kalabalık ve gürültüsünden uzak kalmayı da sağlıyor. Hemen yolun karşısında plaj olması büyük bir avantaj. Odamız temiz, büyük ve iyi donanımlıydı. Deniz manzaralı büyük bir balkon konaklamanın sürpriziydi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Yatağın eski ve çok gürültülü olması tek olumsuzluktu.

Great hotel!
Really lovely hotel with great staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Wi-fi was poor with it only being available in reception. Air-con was fantastic in the room and much needed. Location was amazing with easy to get taxi's from reception. The dinner was questionable but the breakfast has a good selection each day; the waffles were divine.

Great staff, handy location. Hotel is a little dated but kept extremely clean. Extra charges for a key to room safe, extra charges to use the mini bar fridge for personal use. Internet is poor and only available in the lobby. Overall, good value for the money.

ALBERGO DA CONSIGLIARE
Albergo eccellente per pulizia con personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Dotato servizi e confort eccellenti Vicino al centro ed anche al alcune delle principali locali spiagge La tranquillità è un punto di forza. Molto bella la piscina ed il giardino ( ben curato ) che la circonda.

OK hotel i turistklassen. Morgenmaden var bedre end på mange af de såkaldte firestjernede hoteller på de græske øer. Service i reception var rigtig god. Værelset var ok, dog lidt nusset. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for Kos by, så man slipper for festlarm aften/nat.

Kiva hotelli jonka aamiainen ja allasalue oli hyvät.Sopivasti sivussa (noin 1km) Kosin keskustasta. Huoneet ei missään tapauksessa neljän tähden arvoisia.Vastaisi meillä tasoa kaksi korkeintaan kolme tähteä,toisaalta huoneet siivottiin joka päivä ja yleisilme oli siisti. Henkilökunta hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällisiä. Miinuksena sanoisin erittäin suuren Syyrian pakolaisten määrän.Heitä oli lähes joka kulmassa mutta eivät aiheuttaneet turisteille mitään ongelmia.

Positive: it is a second time we are coming in this hotel. Location is good, swimming pool and bar are ok, food of average quality, close to the beach and city, long bicycle lanes linking with the hotel with the sulphorous therma, city, Platani village, and other locations. Negative: - there is no possibility to rent only the room with breakfast, without dinner - the airconditioner new system is too strong (even on a 'sleep' mode), and practically we have used it very rarely because it give us flue and problems with the ears. Practically we have slept with open balcony doors. - the TV is very old and small - the are lot of mosquitos over night, but the is no net to the windows/doors. - the neighborhoods are noisy (highway, and the neighbors bars which did not stopped the music over night)

Excellent services by the staff and The hotel managent. Mrs M KRASSAS WAS THE HEART OF THE HOTEL The restaurant, the activities, the info desk, the staff friendliness, Swimming pool and facilities and night entertainment w ere all first class. The reasonable cost this year was an additional attraction enticing us to go back next season.@ M
