Cool apartment!
This apartment has cool decor and also feels cool in the heat of the day! We stayed in August and the apartment suited us perfectly. It is literally 3 minutes to the seafront and you can walk to Kos town easily. We really liked the seafront at this end of Kos town which has lots of eateries and a bakery along the walk to Kos town. There are grocery supermarket/shops very close by. You can swim at the seafront. We loved to watch all the boat action as the apartment is near the marina. There is great air con in the main area and in both bedrooms, it is even cool without it on. The place is very clean. The shower is good, waterfall shower head plus hand held, water hot at all times. Beds comfy. Sofa big and comfy. Kitchen fully equipped, water bottles were already in the fridge plus wine and goodies. Large lounge area. Ladies the hairdryer provided is good! Liked the door code security system. Area felt very safe. Wi-Fi perfect. Communication from host was great. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely return :)

Excellent Apartment
Communication with Evgenia is very good. The location is great, a few meters away from the seafront. Two minutes from shops, car and cycle hire and ten minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. On street parking was easy to find in October. The apartment is on the first floor up two flights of stairs. The lounge kitchen area is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There is room to store food items. Plenty of bin liners dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials etc make staying there very comfortable, no going out to get sundries. Air con is in the lounge and twin bedroom, there's a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The bathroom is of a good size and the shower works well with plenty of hot water. The balcony has a permanent sunshade and faces the road. Its quite narrow but there's room to sit and relax at the end of the day. Nicely decorated too.

Cory and Brand nee Apartment in Kos Town
I searched for a nice, cosy Apartment in quiet area of Kos Town and i found my perfect match. The apartment is about 80m2, has 2 Sleeping rooms (Double bed, 2 single) a well designed open living area with kitchen and dining and a Lovely bathroom with a shower where also 2 people have space. Also a nice balcony with sun shades and a sitting possibility with a Tablet for the Coffee in the morning. It is very close to the City center but still very quiet at night. Eugenia as host is very nice, flexible and everything i asked her was arranged. The description at the Plattform is to 100% correct.

Gerald was a great guest to have . He was the first one to enter my renovated apartment and I am happy we met. He is more than welcome to come back to our beautiful and sunny island that has so many things to offer to travellers.
