But we wanted to satisfy you . Furthermore you know exactly the way to your room the one you have asked, but even if you forgot it , there is a plan of the rooms on the reception door as we always inform everyone as soon as he makes the reservation by sending an email , helping you to find it if you have a late arrival. the extra charge for the a/c and the tourist tax is referred clearly to your reservation , by your travel agent and I have explained it to you also , the previous time that you have been here , 2 years ago.
