Die Sauberkeit in dem Hotel war sehr gut und Danke an unser Zimmermädchen Joanna. Der Service am Strand besser als in einen 5 Sterne Hotel. Frühstück , die Snacks am Mittag und die Getränke waren sehr gut .

2 Nächte im Studio verbracht. Eine super herzliche Dame an der Rezeption (müsste die Eigentümerin sein) und gutes Frühstück! Direkt am Strand mit Pool und Liegestühlen ist es gemütlich, auch die Lagune von Balos ist nicht weit!

The property itself was quite nice, with a lovely pool and beach area with bar and restaurant. There's very little close by, and other than an attached restaurant, which was fine, we drove to nearby towns for dining.

Cueille excellent accueil en français comme en anglais. De très bons conseils. Une chambre spacieuse, l’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner varié, l’accès à la plage est direct et la piscine est très agréable. La plage est vraiment le plus de l’établissement avec ses transats et sa mer calme protégée par un rempart, un restaurant attenant à l’hôtel très correct ….

The location is gorgeous - right on the beach in a beautiful little bay with loads of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our son loved the swimming pool.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno in questa struttura da ogni punto di vista. Ci è sembrato veramente assurdo, invece, che la colazione (ottima in qualità e quantità) non comprenda il cappuccino che ci hanno fatto pagare a parte ( 3 euro).

As you've kindly noted we offer quality and quantity in our breakfast but when the guests need something which is not included and they order it from the beach bar normally they have to settle the bill also. Would highly recommend.
Everything was easy, accomodation was nice and clean and comfortable. Surrounding area is quiet but the beach is very nice. Some nice local restaurants too. Great launching point for exploring Western Crete.

2 stelle che valgono 5!
Ho trascorso due settimane fantastiche con la mia famiglia! Camera con cucinino ampia e pulitissima, pulizie quotidiane e cambio lenzuola/asciugamani ogni tre giorni. Spiaggia adiacente alla struttura attrezzata, con sabbia e acqua trasparente. Una nota di merito a tutto il personale dalla reception al bar, sempre gentili, sorridenti, simpatici e disponibili. I lettini e gli ombrelloni sono gratis con consumazione ma, stando in spiaggia tutto il giorno, il pranzo era garantito. Piscina di modeste dimensioni pulitissima e che altro dire ?? Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della parte occidentale di Creta. Lo consiglio a tutti, in particolare a chi apprezza più la natura alla vita notturna.
