Our stay in Aggelos Hotel was in the middle of October. The check-in was very easy and the Rooms look wonderful, exactly as on the Pictures. The Rooms are very clean. The Breakfast was very nice - something for every taste! The service personal is very friendly and coutois. The view from the Rooms (we had sea-side) is beautiful. There was a cruise-ship there every day but only once, the speakers on the ship were a little loud so we have heard them very well. We loved our stay at Aggelos Hotel and if we ever go back to Kefalonia, we will definitely stay in the same hotel again. Thank you Aggelos, for our amazing Holidays.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Hafen gelegen. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt und zur Fähre nach Lixouri sind es 3 Min. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Sehr schönes kleines hotel in städt Nähe.
Wir waren ganz spontan zwei Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir haben diese Tage sehr genossen, der Service war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Die Zimmer waren klein aber sehr sauber!

Verbesserungswürdig: Komfort des Zimmers
Einfach, aber zum Übernachten ausreichend.
Ende August/Anfang September 2018: Hotel direkt am Ufer der Bucht von Argostoli. Große Ansprüche hatten wir keine, da wir uns nur zum Übernachten und zum Frühstück im Hotel aufhielten. Unser Zimmer (Rückseite, Standard Bergblick) war sehr einfach eingerichtet und mit 2 Koffern wird's dann schon sehr eng. Bad auch klein und Dusche leider mit lästigem Duschvorhang. Kleiner Balkon vorhanden. Also eher nur zum Übernachten geeignet und nicht als Aufenthaltsort tagsüber. Personal sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Mit dem Bus kann man auch sehr günstig über die Insel reisen. Meist zwischen 2 und 4 Euro/Fahrt. Zum KTEL-Busbahnhof allerdings 1,9 km, 25 min. (immer an der Buchtküste entlang). Ein Mietwagen für ein paar Tage ist aber empfehlenswert, am besten schon von Deutschland aus buchen. Insgesamt günstiges Preisniveau auf der Insel. In den Restaurants z.B. für 1 gr. Flasche Wasser ca. 1,50 Euro, 1 l. Hauswein ca. 8 - 11 Euro. Hauptspeisen ca. 8 - 12 Euro, Vorspeisen um die 4 Euro.

Super Lage, tolles Hotel
Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Es ist ein Familienunternehmen (hatte ich im Gefühl). Die Lage ist super. Halbstündlich fahren sogar die Fähren vorbei. Sehr interessant zu beobachten. Preis/Leistung ist top. Es wird wirklich versucht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gestalten. In der Rezeption steht die Auszeichnung für gute Bewertungen, darauf sind die stolz und versuchen das ausnahmslos so weiter zu führen. Personal kann nur Englisch (kein Deutsch/Russisch). Ich würde wieder hinfahren und empfehle jedem das Hotel gerne weiter.

Awesome hotel with really friendly staff
We had a great time in this hotel! The staff was so very friendly and helped us with every question we had about the island, taxis or anything else. Moreover the breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of delicious food (baklava, cheese pie, fresh fruits, eggs...) . The room was comfortable and we had a nice view over Argostoli, althrough we didn't pay more to have a view over the sea. We would definitely choose the Aggelos hotel again the next time we visit Kefalonia!

The view was stunning but unfortunately, our room had termites all over the floor. The rooms need some updating. The bathroom was fully updated but the rooms definitely need some attention. Overall it was worth staying for only the 2 nights. I dont think i would stay longer then that. The beds were uncomfortable as well. Its location is great though. The view is nice and the walk to food and shops is not bad at all.

Marvellous hotel in a ideal location, just on the edge of town with excellent views over the harbour and hills. Some tremendous restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Staff at the hotel were most attentive and very helpful.

Fabulous selection for breakfast. Great location, away from noise of Argostoli but near enough to walk into shops, bars, restaurants, and the harbour area with resident turtle population. Friendly welcome on late arrival, and upgraded to sea view. Only minor critisism is a rather hard mattress for my taste.

This is family run hotel, all the staff are friendly and they make you feel very welcome. Our special thanks to the morning receptionist with his exceptional help while we have to call rental car company with regards rental car puncture. Thank you for all the calls that you made for us. The breakfast ladies had everything so organised, and cleaned, thank you for your patient. Also Costas, the evening receptionist, so so friendly. Overall very enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean. Location is great, very good restaurants near by. I definitely recommend this hotel

Great B and B on the waterfront.
Beautiful location on the water. The breakfast was great, buffet but your choice served as you chose your items from staff with mask. Check in quick and friendly. It’s a lovely B and B on the water front.

What a Find.
Great Hotel with friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location, close to town center. Pay a bit extra for a sea view room. It’s worth it. Breakfast is very good with everything you could possibly want.

Aggelos Hotel is definitely a true gem! The staff was unmatched and welcomed us from the moment we arrived. Our room was super clean and offered amazing views. Argostoli town centre is approximately 10 minute walk. Buffet breakfast is offered with a great choice to suit all. Iverall, a very accommodating and hospitable hotel. Definitely recommend and surely look forward returning here again!

We had a wonderful time here! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and cozy, and the view was incredible. The one time we were up early enough to get the continental breakfast, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious! We especially liked how it was in a quieter part of town which was perfect to relax after a night out. I highly recommend this hotel!

Tre notti a Cefalonia
Hotel consigliatissimo. Leggermente fuori dal centro, ma con vista mare, più tranquillo per cui abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio.. Il centro è raggiungibile in max 10min di camminata. Stanza semplici e bagno piccolo, ma per 3 notti ok, molto apprezzato il balconcino vista mare. Infine meravigliosa la colazione! Consigliatissimo!
