Really good, only one issue
Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.

The location was perfect for the activities we were attending. The room was big. The happy hour food/drinks were decent. As busy as the hotel was, we didn't have noise at night. The dining room tables, chairs and booths were not very clean. The creases on the booths had lots of leftover food in them.

The room was very clean. They are in desperate need of staff for Kickback! Long lines, dirty tables, dirty serving area. Long waits for them to refill. I don’t blame the workers they were hustling, but they need help! If you are going to offer that give them some help! Plus they ran out of popcorn and never replaced it! Adult swim time would be nice even if it was the first hour of the day. It was like Spring Break in there!

Clean hotel with nice hot tub and pool. Loved the evening reception which served as dinner for us. Amazing staff was very helpful with my mom when we returned with her after oral surgery. They made sure we could find acceptable food for her and provided extra blankets for her comfort❤️

We stayed 5 days and they clean out garbage cans and gave towels 2xs but hotel was nice, safe, and had nice breakfast. I wish pool hrs were a bit earlier they open it at 9 am wish it was open 7 ish for early risers.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We missed dinner, but enjoyed the breakfast. The only downside for us was that there wasn't a fan unit in the room. So if noise and a breeze is something you need to sleep, consider packing a fan. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel property is very clean and looks new. However, my room had thermostat problems. The room would not get below 72 degrees and actually got up to 74 even on cool setting set to 65 degrees. The hallway was cooler. Also, the thermostat in the room has an extremely bright green led. It illuminates the entire room at night with all lighting off. Pretty distracting when trying to sleep. The breakfast and dinner are nothing special. Pool and hot tub are nice but are so crowded due to this being geared towards a “family” hotel so it is full of kids. Location is kind of lousy because you get a lot of noise from interstate which the hotel property wouldn’t grant my request of having a room not on highway side. Also a lot of traffic/congestion on main road due to it being directly next to the interstate off ramp. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall, great experience. All areas super clean. Very friendly staff (all of them). Our room was nice. Happy hour/dinner was great as well. The food looked good (chicken, pasta alfredo, baked potato, hot dogs, chips and salsa/cheese). They serve liquor in addition to beer and wine. Breakfast was also good, what you'd expect from a chain breakfast buffet. The only drawback was that the dog walking area was pretty small. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would stay there again. Now we know why they get great reviews.

Awesome customer experience
I had never stayed at a Drury property before booking this stay. I had asked for an early check in and the hotel did an amazing job trying to accommodate. The hotel is dated in some respects however makes up ten fold with their customer experience. I have never stayed at a hotel that the staff regardless of position is so focused on ensuring we were enjoying our stay and were satisfied with our experience. The customer service was above and beyond any stay we’ve had and we travel a fair amount.

Their computers were down when we were checking in so the wait was a bit longer than expected but the staff did the best they could to get us into our rooms swiftly.
