This hotel is in the perfect spot to go see all the attractions the zoo The gardens downtown. I would recommend to anyone and plan on staying again.

Room had a musty smell especially when the A/C turned on. A/C unit also made a terrible squealing sounds when it turned on. Woke me up several times. Pool area had a lot of little black flies flying around.

The hotel was quite reasonable. Great location for our purposes however just a touch noisy thanks to the interstate beside the building. It didn’t cause us any lost sleep however. Good pillows, comfortable mattress and a spacious room, all what we expect in a hotel. The only downside was the rather lacklustre breakfast (coffee was surprisingly decent!) but when it’s complimentary one can’t really complain too much. All in all it is definitely a hotel I would choose again!

We stayed for a weekend and had a great stay. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was a great way to save a little money on dining out and had a lot to choose from. I will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness is always my highest priority when traveling, and this hotel has not disappointed me yet. Everything is super fresh and clean, the amenities are excellent (basement fitness room, laundry, pool and arcade) and its located in a place that is easy to get in and out of, and gives you direct access to find great places to eat in Grand Rapids. Highly recommend, will be looking to stay here every time I am in GR.

I will be staying here every time I'm in Grand Rapids from now on. This is one of the best places I've stayed at, and I travel for business frequently. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean, and the staff was great. The location was excellent as well, allowing great access to what GR had to offer. Wholeheartedly endorse.

It was everything I needed for a quiet evening without anything to worry about. I forgot the toothbrushes and toothpase, and I didn't have to worry. There was a brown stain in the carpet, but majority was clean.
