Die Dame an der Rezeption beim Check in teilte uns eine falsche Uhrzeit vom Frühstück mit, so dass wir dieses dann leider nicht nutzen konnten. Eine Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht und wir durften uns dann um Ersatz kümmern

Perfekte Lage für den Grand Canyon. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Arcade Room, Pool, Gym, …). Das Frühstück für 20$ ist etwas überteuert, da das Büffet nicht viel zur Auswahl hat. Außerdem schien die Dame bei der Platzzuweisung überfordert und gestresst.

Canyon Besichtigung
Hotel ist schon etwas älter daher ältere Standards. Hotel ist aber sehr zentral für den Grande Canyon gelegen und bietet sich für besuche des Canyon an. In der Nähe ist der Flugplatz mit dem man Rundflüge über den Grande Canyon machen kann. Es ist zu empfehlen kostet 346 Dollar für 45 Minuten

Lage sehr gut aber Zimmer abgewohnt und stark renovierungsbedürftig und noch im Stil der 80er. Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt aber Standardzimmer passen überhaupt nicht zu dem extrem hohen Zimmerpreis (Oberklasse).

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp
Es ist eine etwas ältere Anlage, aber in gutem Zustand mit vielen Parkplätzen. Es hat auch mehrere Pools, für die wir leider keine Zeit hatten, aber sie sahen einladend aus. Das Zimmer ist gross, hell und geräumig. Das Bett war ziemlich bequem, nur sind wir in der Nacht mehrmals aufgewacht, weils plötzlich kalt wurde, da sich die Klimaanlage immer wieder selbstständig aktiviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

The checkin was an annoying. No rooms were ready until exactly 4pm. At which point there was a long line to check in. Since checkout time is 11 am . They could have started checking people in a few minutes early.

Property was lovely and had lots of amenities. Room was clean. The pool areas (both indoor ad outdoor) and gym were excellent. Dining options limited and service was rather slow. Food was good and reasonably priced. Outdoor game area with ping pong tables and patio furniture was a nice touch. My only complaint is how hot the room was. Hotel was having issues with chiller week we arrived so our AC was not functional. Hard to sleep.

The hotel is nice. Our kids were especially happy. There was a wild party in the room next door complete with cops and ambulances. We got no sleep and it ruined one of our vacation days. Although not the direct fault of the hotel, they could have handled it better during the incident and gotten it under control much sooner.

The hotel is trying really hard to be upscale but it falls short in a few key aspects. One of which is the breakfast. The breakfast is a $20 per person per day buffet style with very limited options. The aesthetics of the breakfast area are lacking for sure. When you walk into the lobby of the hotel, it looks very nice and they do offer an arcade, a nice gift shop and even bowling. However, when you make your way to the rooms, the hallways are so dark, with low ceilings that it resembles a dungeon. I was honestly shocked. It was like I changed locations. We were put in a handicap accessible room which we did not request. My husband and I are both tall people so the handicap accessible shower was difficult and uncomfortable for us to use as the shower head was lower than our heads. I’m not sure why this room wasn’t reserved for someone that needed it. The hotel is also quite loud. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and in the parking lot. The pub on site had decent food and I would recommend the prime rib. Lodging options are somewhat limited in the area so I’m not sure if there are better options but I would say that this “resort” was just OK.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed eight night. The A/C in our room did not work for the first five days. I complained four times before it was fixed. The room was very warm.
