Ideale Lage aber Schwächen im Detail
Lage vom Hotel ideal. Zimmer ok für Familie. Personal nett, aber für zusätzliche Infos nicht hilfreich. Bspw.: Die Pferderanch und der Flughafen gleich um die Ecke waren den Personal nicht bekannt (wirklich!!!). Fragen zum Nationalpark auch besser googeln. Kapazitäten für Frühstück nicht ausreichend. Viel zu kleine Frühstücksräume - das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und trotzdem kaum Platz. Qualität des Frühstücks auch nur ausreichend. Kino und Essen gleich um die Ecke. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Pool ist nett und ausreichend.

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte verbracht um den Grand Canyon zu sehen. Personal sehr freundlich, beim Frühstück wird sich gut um einen gekümmert. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Lage in Tusayan perfekt für einen Besuch des Grand Canyons. In 2 Minuten gehweite befindet sich ein Mexikanisches Restaurant das wir sehr empfehlen können.

Everything was great. But we stayed in several other hotels/ motels that were just as nice for less money. It was over 253 to stay there and we stayed at some nicer for 155. The only reason you charged that much was because of where it was at.

Too expensive because it’s near the south entrance. I would say get one in flagstaff and drive down it would take only 1hr and 20 minutes. Very average hotel but shelled out 300$ . Food was also average. You are paying for the location .

only a 10-minute drive from the Grand Canyon entrance, nice breakfast. but the AC in the room was broken, although the maintenance team came to switch and fixed it in 10mins and it took quite some time to connect to the Internet, and the speed is not very fast. and the fridge not getting things cold in that room also.

We needed to extend our stay but ran into a problem as we had booked our hotel through a third party. The people at the front desk bent over backwards for us as the third party was unable to help. We extended our stay with the excellent help from the staff.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The property shows signs of aging, such as cracked floor tiles. The staff was very nice.
