Teuer, aber SPA Bereich nicht inklusive
War aus beruflichen Gründen für 2 Nächte gewesen. Zuerst war der erste Eindruck gut (Check in, Foyer...), doch als ich mich nach dem SPA Bereich -wollte in die Sauna/Dampfbad gehen- erkundigt habe, hieß es, dass Sie um 19.00 Uhr schon zu haben. Gut fand ich zwar schade, aber sei es drum. Anschließend kam noch die Aussage, dass man dafür aber extra zahlen muss, nämlich 250 SEK für 1 Stunde und das finde ich bei Übernachtungskosten von 200 € nicht gerechtfertigt. In meinem Zimmer war im Badezimmer leider noch Haare von den Vermietern gewesen. Alles andere war gut.

Reception hat das Zimmer als ganz toll angepriesen. Am Ende hatte es ein kleines Fenster, welches man nicht öffnen konnte. Parkhaus ziemlich entfernt. Bei Starkregen vor dem Hotel ausladen sehr unschön. Frühstück Ferienperseonal (Studenten), welche einen sehr schlechten Job (mit einer Ausnahme) machten. Chef de Service tritt als Sunnyboy auf und achtet nicht auf die schlechte Servicequalität. Personal, welches sich in der Nähe von Gästen unterhält und sich amüsiert ein NO-GO, zusätzlich hat ein Hilfspersonal-Angestellter die frischen Gabeln im Korb eingeräumt und jede Gabel an der Gabelspitze berührt - ohne Handschuhe und das jetzt, wo Covid immer noch aktuell ist! Hilfspersonal hat sehr schlecht Englisch gesprochen und nicht einmal bemerkt, dass beim Frühstücksbuffett keine Teller (plates) mehr zur Verfügung standen!

Bellissima struttura in zona stazione quindi centrale ma piuttosto tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. E' ideale per girare a piedi la città, vicina a tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche ed alle vie dello shopping. Ottima, varia ed abbondante la colazione, anche con piatti serviti al momento.L'albergo è enorme ma ben strutturato ed organizzato, con ampie zone comuni, bar e ristoranti interni.Le camere sono ampie e curate, fornite di tutti i comforts, forse manca un armadio. Specie il fine settimana diventa un po' affollato, con eventi e feste. Ma se si vuole si può vivere la struttura in totale libertà ed autonomia.

Walkable to the heart of Gothenburg, this fantastically situated hotel in a magnificent building is a great place to stay. While the rooms and trims must have been the height of designer when it was renovated a few years ago, there are some signs of dating in the tower. That doesn’t stop the beds from being ultra comfy, and meticulously clean. The breakfast is the jewel of the hotel, in the beautiful lobby and dining area, this lavish feast has everything you might want. Only two minor downers- a tiny selection of low rent mini pastries and somewhat brusque machine coffee, which is only an encouragement to eat up and go in search of fika! Guest amenities are great as well, with a fantastic luggage room system meaning you can base yourself around the hotel before check in and after check out with minimal stress.

Haft en fantastisk helg hos er. Brukar tycka att gamla delen av hotellet är så mysig men detta rummet kändes lite slitet och utsikt mot innergård är ju aldrig lika trevligt men någon måste ju få det. Delade rum med dottern och sängen kändes lite väl liten. I övrigt grym service och ett så härligt hotell. Linnea som serverade oss på Norda var fantastisk, helt på rätt plats.
