Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel. An keinem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass man was an dir hängen muss, damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Obwohl wir das gemacht habe, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten aktiv selbst nach Toiletten Paper und frische Handtücher fragen. Bett wurde kein einziges Mal gemacht. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man hört jeden Fußtritt im Flur. Jedes Mal, wenn eine Tür zugeht, hört man. Der Geruch im Hotel und in den Fluren ist sehr unangenehm. Der Luftabzug in unserer Toilette hat nicht funktioniert, sodass schlechte Gerüche direkt ins Zimmer kamen. Die Zimmer waren auch schon beim CheckIn sehr dreckig. Klobrille hatte Flecken. Der Safe hat trotz Eingabe des korrekten Codes nicht funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter haben keinen Generalschlüssel und wollten den Safe aufbrechen. Glücklicherweise hat der Code dann doch aus irgendeinem Grund funktioniert. Ich empfehle keinem dieses Hotel. Sorry!

Stayed for four nights, and on the last the guest next to our room were listening to loud music, talking and slamming the doors until 4 am. When we asked them kindly to keep it quiet, they got aggressive and tried to intimidate us. Five minutes later the manager knocked on our doors and told us, if we didn't keep it down he would throw us out of the hotel. At 4 am in December, with subzero degrees. However, after two further complaints the other guests were put into another room and we could finally sleep. The next morning the manager told us he doesn't care of guests are able to sleep and that they are understaffed at night anyways.

super freundliches Personal. sehr hilsfbereit. das bei Expedia gewünschte Zimmer (gewünschte Etage und ruhig nicht nah zum Aufzug) wurde umgehend erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu Fuss bequem zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten . Busse und 24Std. Supermarkt vor der Haustür. Zug Station 5 min. entfernt.

The best way to describe this hotel is tired. The curtains were broken in our room. The room was smaller than the Premier Inn we are staying in tonight which I would give an excellent rating to. The Leonardo is on the bus route in to town and has good parking but very little ambience.

The hotel felt a bit grimy. In general it was an average hotel, but when you looked anywhere in the room it didn’t feel clean - dust and dirt everywhere, everything felt like it had been sitting since the hotel started. Beds were comfy atleast and location was good, however huge car park and would’ve expected free parking for guests.

Fire alarm went off twice around 9.00pm (false alarm), rubber bath mat dirty underneath, shower not easy to use, and all just a bit 'tired'. Weird smell in bathroom (possibly from ongoing works in wall panel next to room). Very handy for hospital and convenient reasonable parking.

We had 2 rooms for 4 of us, and the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. All staff we met was polite and helpful. And for the price the hotel was a great choice and a bargain. We would all stay there again

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and two out of the three nights the alarm in the hotel went off. On the second day I requested for my room to be cleaned because the bin was overflowing. I came back that evening to find the room in the same state it was left. The bin had not been emptied. On checking out I raised both items with the gentleman on the front desk, possibly a manager, he seemed uninterested in my feedback. I f you want a good night sleep without an alarm going off this is NOT the place to stay!

Hotel quite tired looking, also gold member and didn’t get room upgrade. Not only that didn’t get a king room that I booked , instead got a double with a single that wasn’t required, staff were friendly enough, just pity room was a downgrade not up.

The good, the bad and the overall
We stayed for two nights over the weekend. Easy to find and ample parking at £5 per night. Check-in was good and we arrived at 1045pm. The bar was still open so we had a couple of drinks after our long journey. Drinks were fine, price was reasonable and the bar area was of a good standard. Our room 429 had a couple of issues. The carpet as you entered is in desperate need of replacing and was a trip hazard. The hotel is aware of this as it had been previously taped down. The sink had a constant dripping tap which let out a squealing noise. Try as we might, we could not turn this off and had to put up with an annoying high pitched squeal for the duration. Other than that, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, the shower had a good pressure with hot water and overall, the room was good for the price. Breakfast was good with an all you can eat style buffet. Overall, the hotel was good value for the price and we would use it again as it's convenient for the west end etc.

Good hotel
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff member I met was polite and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The decor was a bit shabby and the bathroom ceiling was peeling in places, but overall the room was great and I was happy. Shower was a bit temperamental at times, but mostly warm! I'd happily stay here again.

Disappointed
I booked this hotel as a valentines gift, To my disappointment there was marks on the mirror(dripped toothpaste) and the king size bed was actually 2 beds put together and also the bed moves, My other half kept falling in between the beds. I checked out a day early with a family emergency and not even a can we help with anything. To make matters worse, The receptionist never even checked us out. You also have to pay £5 a night parking.

Great stay
Had a great stay at Leonardo west end again, staff are fantastic from reception to the restaurant. My room was clean and The bed was comfortable. Parts of the Hotel are showing their age now like the locks on the room doors and the uPVC windows. The door locks don't always open after using the key card and the windows are very draughty. Both are something than should be looking at replacement but I understand the cost of this. Overall great stay let down my minor things
