wir waren zwar nur 4 Nächte in dem Hotel Daphne, Aber es war sehr fein,hat alles gepasst Personal sehr zuvorkommend u freundlich von der REception bis zum Zimmermädchen das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut ..Capuccino ausgezeichnet Lage super, in 10 min zu Fuss am Strand Meer traumhaft schön u SAUBER wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen,,😃😃😃 DANKE HOTEL DAPHNE für alles es war BEZAUBERND!!!!!! Angenehmes Hotel
schöne Atmoshäre,ruhig,keine Musik am Pool,Gäste respektieren die Ruhe und bewegen sich angezogen ,freundliche Beratung am Empfang in mehreren Sprachen,nah zu verschiedenen Stränden , Bus in der Nähe für Ausflüge nach Taormina usw ,Essen im Hotel gut ,aber auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe,sauber und angenehme familiäre Atmoshäre wir fanden lediglich die beschränkten Poolzeiten unnötig,da die speisenden Gäste bestimmt nicht von stillen Schwimmern gestört würden und es achön wäre morgens früh und abends noch zu schwimmen

Tolles Frühstückbuffet, Nähe zur Busanbindung(Bus nach Catania, Taormina und Flughafen Catania, freundliches Personal Die Poolöffnungszeiten sind wirklich nicht sehr urlauberfreundlich (10:30 - 18:30) , es war daher nicht möglich morgens oder abends nach dem Strand schwimmen zu gehen die straßenseitigen Zimmer sind doch sehr laut, konnte die Kritik leider auch nicht anbringen, da ich bei der Bezahlung nicht gefragt wurde, wie der Aufenthalt war

Osterurlaub deluxe
Wir waren Ostern 2017 für eine Woche zu Gast. Unser Zimmer 106 im ersten Stock war immer sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Anfang April war der Pool temperaturbedingt leider noch nicht offen. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir gegen 10€ pro Nacht in der Hotelgarage einstellen. Der Osten Siziliens ist von diesem Hotel aus gut zu erkunden. Das WLan war gratis und schnell. Strand und Promenade sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale schneller. Busstationen sind ums Eck. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Daphne. Danke !

Ein Schmuckstück in Giardini Naxos
Die Villa Daphne ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige sprechen Deutsch. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr, sehr gut. Das Abendessen war schmackhaft und sehr reichlich und man konnte aus Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten wählen. Da wir nur 4 Tage in diesem Hotel waren, bekamen wir nur ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Die Straße ist ziemlich stark befahren. Gegenüber befand sich eine Baustelle, allerdings wurde hier nie gearbeitet!! Bei geschlossenen Balkontüren bekam man vom Verkehrslärm gottseidank nichts mit.

Sehr gepflegtes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und superfreundlich!
Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet und vor allem bestens gepflegt und sauber. Das gilt auch für den Rest der Hotelanlage. Das Zentrum von Giardini Naxos kann zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten bequem erreicht werden. Man kann aber auch in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants direkt in Hotelnähe gut bleiben. Es gibt einen schönen Strand in ca. 4-5 Gehminuten. Keine 100 Meter von dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man zahlreiche Ziele mit komfortablen Überlandbussen erreichen kann (Taormina, Catania, Flughafen Catania, Messina und einige mehr). Die Busse fahren zwar nicht sehr häufig, sind aber in der Regel sehr pünktlich und zuverlässig. Giardini Naxos selbst ist ein schöner Badeort, der für einen Badeurlaub alles bereit hält. Für Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel ist es ein perfekter Ausgangsort, wenn man eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub und Ausflügen möchte. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub, in einem super Hotel!

Perfect location near bus stop for transportation to Taormina. Parking was secure. Staff was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The warmest welcome ever.
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Daphne. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t have done more for us. Special mention goes to Claudia on Reception, she really is a Ray of sunshine. We only had B&B so I can’t comment on meals apart from breakfast which was excellent. A really nice hot and cold buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

A fab small & friendly hotel, great location
One of the best small hotels that I have stayed at. The location was excellent, bus stop down the road to take you into Taormina and only a 15 min walk to local shops and restaurants. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly and made our stay so very enjoyable. Hotel was spotless and breakfast good and plentiful. Would love to do a return visit. Thank you to all of the fantastic hardworking staff.

I sin helhet inga konstigheter med detta Hotel. Men varför ljuger ALLA bilder. Vi bokade med balkong mot pool och havsutsikt. När vi väl kommer till rummet, visade det sig vara en stor parkeringsplats som vi möttes av oxå. Skärpning ang bilder. De rum man väljer med balkong och havsutsikt betalar man mer för. Och då vill man inte gärna mötas av parkeringsplats.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay and highly recommend Villa Daphne Hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast and delicious pastries, relaxing and peaceful days by the pool and dinner at the hotel the last two nights. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are a huge asset, with special thanks to Claudia, Azzura and Vincentzo. The bus stop is 1 min walk from the hotel which is really handy for the airport (€5.90pp). You can also catch the bus to Taormina (€3 return pp) but we found it a bit unreliable. You need an FFP2 mask on the buses.

The best by far
We stayed at the Hotel Villa Daphne for 5 nights. The staff and owner couldn't do enough for you, they are always willing to help you in any way they can. The hotel is beautiful and in a very quiet location. Local shops are only at the bottom of the road, the beach and main town is a few minutes away. Hotel villa Daphne will not disappoint you in any way. We would like to thank all the staff, the owner and the people of Sicily for making our little holiday so good. Hope to be back soon.

Soooo many bugs in my room. Breakfast always tasted like it was a few days old. Staff pleasant but everyone at the front desk seemed to not be able to answer any of my questions. Overall I did not really enjoy my stay. But honestly other guests seemed to really like it so maybe I just had bad luck.

E' stata la mia prima volta in questo Hotel nell'insieme lo raccomando, per pulizia e cordialità, anche se per andare al mare è una bella passeggiata, il lido a loro convenzionato l'ho trovato eccellente nel servizio, forse un pò altini i prezzi e la musica, ma lo raccomando. Unica pecca se posso permettermi, l'ho trovata nel cibo anche se buono lo avrei preferito meno internazionale o forse avevamo noi delle aspettative diverse. Ci aspettavamo di strafogarci (concedetemi il termine) di piatti più tipici e locali, invece purtroppo è stata una delusione, ogni piatto era su un letto di crema verde che dopo 10 giorni non avevamo ancora capito cosa fosse, molte pietanze a base di salse che non c'entrano nulla con la cucina sicula, e quasi sul finire della vacanza mi è sorto il dubbio che fosse un hotel che si avvalesse del catering. Entrando in hotel non abbiamo mai sentito profumo di soffritti e di cibo, pur avendo la cucina molto vicina. Pertanto consiglierei alla proprietà di abbandonare i menù troppo internazionali, ribadendo che gli stranieri che trascorrono le vacanze in italia vengono anche e soprattutto per la nostra cucina...accontentiamoli !! Ad ogni modo ci tornerei e lo consiglio.

Vila Daphne in Giardini Naxos was an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. Antonella & Claudia were so helpful. I had emailed them several times with lots of questions before arriving to the hotel and they were prompt in returning the responses. It was super clean and the room and beds were very comfortable. It is very close to the Recanati bus stop which brings you to all the locations Including Taormina. All of the excursions we took, we were able to all get at that bus stop which is 50 m from the hotel. Very convenient. Piranata beach which is a private beach affiliated with the hotel is a 10 minute walk. I did an intensive search before I booked this hotel and trust me it is one of the best ones in the city. All the other ones looks run down and old. I would definitely come back there if I ever visit Giardini Naxos again.

The hotel is very close to the bus terminal (Recanati) in Giardini Naxos. It takes around 25-40+ min to Taormina Bus terminal. The bus service is every 15 min and costs 3 Euro round trip. So, it is very good base to visit Taormina and can avoid busy and touristic area and have more spaces. It is also close to the beach as well. However, the hotel is not located at Taormina and no views for the coast line from the heights.

Do not have their dinner!!
Avoid having dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was horrible. Breakfast was alright. We stayed in the junior sweet which was newly renovated and nice. The room was clean though we suspect there were bedbugs because every morning we had big red itchy bites. Staff was ok but when we had a complaint, not så nice any more. You have to pay the hotel for pool towels and sunbeds and olso for parking. The price for parking in the garage was equal to the price of parking just outside on the street. Okay place for a 3-star hotel but would never return due to too many flaws.

Flott hotell med personlig service - anbefaler å oppgradere til Superior rom i 3.etg med balkong mot basseng. Hadde ett nyrenovert og deilig værelse med masse oppbevaringsplass og god seng og puter. Veldig bra renhold og alle ansatte man møtte på var virkelig serviceminded. I forhold til området så er det OK, men ikke mer. Kort vei til strand hvor man får 50% med kupong fra hotellet. Fantastisk focaccia på hotellet, den anbefales å prøves. Spiste den flere ganger ved bassenget.

Fräscht hotell med bra kommunikationer.
Fräscht hotell, mkt renligt och kändes nyligen renoverat. Frukosten var mindre bra, det är ett litet hotell och man dukar upp en liten buffe som ständigt måste fyllas på när hotellet är fullbelagt. Rummet var bra men sängen alldeles för hård, mkt bra och tyst AC däremot. Plus för den proffsiga städningen.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room and the staff were excellent. Close to the beach and shops. I would recommend it.

Es un hotel acogedor y el personal magnífico
Hemos estado 14 días en media pensión. La comida es muy variada, y muy buena. Ingredientes de muy buena calidad. El personal súper amable y atento. El hotel está muy nuevo, la decoración bonita y bien conservado. Nuestra habitación era superior y tenía buen tamaño. Muy acogedor. Ubicado en un pueblo tranquilo. La playa cercana es de piedras pero caminando un poco hacia el pueblo hay una playa de arena. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy agradables
