Some of them: - It was not possible to reach the front desk or room service via phone. Every time I wanted to order something or ask for anything I had to walk down to reception. - The hairdryer was broken so bad that I nearly touched a live wire without noticing it. - The hotel did not offer any breakfast buffet but only a very limited offering of a la carte breakfast, which felt very overpriced. - Located in a construction area with very loud construction sites and ugly views. Also quite a walk to the city center."

Direkt nebenan ist ein großes Parkhaus; durch den VIP Access, den wir gebucht hatten, war es inklusive. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein schöner kleiner Park, wo man abends schön sitzen kann. Im Hotel kann man nicht frühstücken, aber das Restaurant nebenan wurde uns vom Hotel empfohlen und das Frühstück war hervorragend; alles, was das Herz begehrt. "
